【摘要】：私人銀行一般被認(rèn)為是銀行業(yè)務(wù)的一種,主要針對(duì)高端個(gè)人客戶,提供包括銀行在內(nèi)的個(gè)性化且綜合化的金融服務(wù),因客戶享受此類服務(wù)需有較高的資產(chǎn)要求而聞名,一般銀行均要求客戶資產(chǎn)在600萬(wàn)人民幣以上。私人銀行最早起源于歐洲,近年才傳入國(guó)內(nèi),但已經(jīng)取得了飛速的發(fā)展。但隨著私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,現(xiàn)在私人銀行所提供的服務(wù)已經(jīng)不局限為金融服務(wù)了。未來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)私人銀行所提供的服務(wù)有很大一部分還包括家族信托、海外資產(chǎn)配置、海外投資、產(chǎn)權(quán)梳理與公司架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、全球稅務(wù)籌劃與家族成員身份安排,以滿足這部分高端客戶的不同需求。本文分別介紹了國(guó)外私人銀行的起源與發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)私人銀行的總體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)分析M銀行私人銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。尤其是對(duì)其優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),并對(duì)其面對(duì)的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行了闡釋,并試圖對(duì)其所面臨的問(wèn)題提出切實(shí)有效的解決方案。本篇文章的內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)安排為：第一章為導(dǎo)論,本章主要介紹文章的研究背景、學(xué)術(shù)和實(shí)際意義、研究的方法、思路及這篇文章創(chuàng)新的地方和不足之處。第二章主要針對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論基礎(chǔ)、國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展歷程、主要流派等進(jìn)行了綜合介紹。第三章對(duì)私人銀行發(fā)展歷程,M銀行私人銀行發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行介紹。第四章對(duì)M銀行私人銀行進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,并制定了SWOT分析矩陣,提出了M銀行私人銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并進(jìn)一步分析M銀行目前執(zhí)行該戰(zhàn)略所面臨的問(wèn)題。第五章結(jié)合相關(guān)理論及實(shí)際提出了明確競(jìng)爭(zhēng)定位、形成品牌效應(yīng)、改善考核機(jī)制、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)人才等4項(xiàng)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Private banking is generally regarded as a kind of banking business, mainly aimed at high-end individual customers, providing personalized and comprehensive financial services, including banks. Known for requiring higher asset requirements for such services, banks generally require more than 6 million yuan of assets. Private banks originated in Europe and have only recently been introduced to China. But it has made rapid progress. But with the increase of competition in private banking business. Now the services provided by private banks are no longer limited to financial services. In the future, a large part of the services provided by domestic private banks also include family trusts, overseas asset allocation, and overseas investment. This paper introduces the origin and development of foreign private banks, including the design of property rights and corporate structure, global tax planning and family membership arrangements to meet the different needs of this part of high-end customers. The overall development of domestic private banks, through the analysis of M bank private bank development situation, especially to its strengths, weaknesses, and the opportunities it faces, threats to explain. The content structure of this article is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, this chapter mainly introduces the research background, academic and practical significance of the article. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of enterprise strategic management, the development of domestic and foreign history. The third chapter introduces the history of private bank development and the development of M bank private bank. Chapter 4th makes a SWOT analysis of M bank private bank. The SWOT analysis matrix is made and the development strategy of M Bank private bank is put forward. And further analysis of M Bank's current implementation of the strategy facing problems. Chapter 5th combined with the relevant theory and practice put forward a clear competitive positioning to form a brand effect improve the assessment mechanism. Training professional talents and other four countermeasures.
