【摘要】：本文實證研究了中國對非洲直接投資和中國與非洲雙邊貿(mào)易的關系，并且分析了前兩者對非洲經(jīng)濟增長的影響。我們使用了來自于被選定作為樣本非洲東道國的數(shù)據(jù)集，并采用了STATA軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行靜態(tài)和動態(tài)面板數(shù)據(jù)分析。我們先評估了中國對非洲直接投資（FDI）流量和中國對非洲的進、出口之間的關系，然后我們又研究了前三者同時對東道國的GDP增長，實際人均GDP增長以及對東道國就業(yè)的共同作用。為此，本文的結(jié)構(gòu)圍繞著四個主軸。首先，在研究中國對非洲直接投資的影響因素時把中國對非洲的出口、中國從非洲的進口，中國承包商在非洲的營業(yè)額，中-非合作論壇平臺和東道國的自然資源稟賦作為重點考慮和觀察的因素。實證結(jié)果顯示所有這些解釋變量都對中國對非洲直接投資流量有著顯著的積極影響，除中國對非洲的出口額以外。其次，，我們研究了中國對非洲出口貿(mào)易的決定因素。在此過程中我們重點考慮了中國對非洲直接投資年度流量，中國在東道國簽約項目的年度總金額，中國在與東道國進行勞動合作的年度收益總額，中國制造業(yè)年度增值比率以及在中國給以私營部門的年度貸款便捷等因素。得出來的結(jié)果是中國對非洲直接投資流量積極影響了中國對非洲的出口貿(mào)易。與此同時除了在中國給以私營部門的年度貸款便捷這個變量以外，其他上述的因素都對中國向非洲的出口都有著顯著的正面影響。此外，在已包括其它控制變量的情況下，我們估計了中國對非洲直接投資流量和非洲東道國的自然資源稟賦對中國從非洲進口的作用。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，中國對非洲直接投資和東道國的自然資源稟賦一直在積極共同的影響著中國從非洲的進口。中國對非洲的直接投資與中-非貿(mào)易存在互補性關系，這些對非洲直接投資大多有垂直、上游尋求資源或下游服務出口的性質(zhì)。第三，我們研究了中國對非洲直接投資流量、中國對非洲的出口和中國從非洲的進口等三個要素對非洲東道國經(jīng)濟增長的影響，通過前三者其對GDP增長和實際人均GDP的增長。實證分析結(jié)果表明自2003年以來非洲國家明顯上升的GDP增長率有一部分是受了與中國經(jīng)濟往來的良好影響。此外，結(jié)合中國對非洲直接投資，中國從非洲的進口總額對非洲東道國的實際人均GDP也有積極的影響。然而中國對非洲的出口反而對非洲東道國實際人均GDP增長有著負面因素。最后，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)中國對非洲直接投資和中國從東道國的進口同時對東道國當?shù)鼐蜆I(yè)有積極影響的作用。相反，非洲東道國自然資源稟賦對當?shù)鼐蜆I(yè)有阻礙作用，同時中國對非洲的出口對非洲國家就業(yè)沒有顯著的影響。
[Abstract]:This paper empirically studies the relationship between China's direct investment in Africa and bilateral trade between China and Africa. We also analyzed the impact of the first two on African economic growth. We used data sets from selected African host countries as a sample. We first evaluate the relationship between China's direct investment in Africa (FDI) flows and China's imports and exports to Africa. Then we study the co-effects of the first three factors on the host country's GDP growth, real per capita GDP growth and employment in the host country. For this reason, the structure of this paper revolves around four main axes. In studying the factors affecting China's direct investment in Africa, China's exports to Africa, China's imports from Africa, and the turnover of Chinese contractors in Africa. The empirical results show that all these explanatory variables have a significant positive impact on China's direct investment flows to Africa. In addition to China's exports to Africa. Secondly, we studied the determinants of China's export trade to Africa. In the process, we focused on the annual flows of Chinese direct investment to Africa. The total annual value of the projects contracted by China in the host country and the total annual proceeds of China's labor cooperation with the host country. Factors such as the annual value-added ratio of Chinese manufacturing industry and the ease of lending to the private sector in China. The result is that Chinese direct investment flows to Africa have a positive impact on China's export trade to Africa. In addition to the annual lending convenience to the private sector in China. All of the other factors mentioned above have a significant positive impact on China's exports to Africa. In addition, where other control variables are included. We estimate the impact of China's direct investment flows to Africa and the natural resource endowment of African host countries on China's imports from Africa. China's direct investment in Africa and the natural resource endowment of the host country have been positively and jointly affecting China's imports from Africa. China's direct investment in Africa is complementary to China-Africa trade. Most of these direct investments in Africa are vertical, upstream seeking resources or downstream service exports. Third, we have studied Chinese direct investment flows to Africa. The impact of China's exports to Africa and China's imports from Africa on the economic growth of African host countries. The empirical analysis shows that the increase of GDP in African countries since 2003 is partly due to the economic interaction with China. Good influence. Besides. Combined with China's direct investment in Africa. China's total imports from Africa also have a positive impact on the real per capita GDP of African host countries. However, China's exports to Africa have a negative impact on the real per capita GDP growth of African host countries. Finally. We find that China's direct investment in Africa and China's imports from the host country also have a positive impact on local employment in the host country. On the contrary, the natural resource endowment of the African host country has a hindrance to local employment. At the same time, China's exports to Africa have no significant impact on employment in African countries.
