互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下我國(guó)中小銀行的發(fā)展對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:2013年,以“余額寶”為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融產(chǎn)品在我國(guó)大量涌現(xiàn)并迅速發(fā)展壯大;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)金融作為傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)深度融合所產(chǎn)生的一種新的金融服務(wù)模式,使得傳統(tǒng)的金融服務(wù)的成本更低、效率更高、操作更便捷,可以為更多、更廣泛的用戶提供金融服務(wù),擴(kuò)展了金融服務(wù)的深度和廣度。與傳統(tǒng)的金融服務(wù)相比,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融存在巨大的優(yōu)勢(shì)。所以,這種新的金融模式勢(shì)必會(huì)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的金融機(jī)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)品服務(wù)產(chǎn)生一定的影響。在我國(guó)以銀行為主導(dǎo)的金融體系中,以股份制銀行、城市商業(yè)銀行、村鎮(zhèn)銀行等為代表中小銀行正在逐步發(fā)展成為推進(jìn)我國(guó)金融業(yè)發(fā)展的新動(dòng)力;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)金融的快速發(fā)展必然會(huì)引發(fā)與傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng),為我國(guó)中小銀行的發(fā)展帶來(lái)機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。在這種背景下,分析中小銀行如何應(yīng)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)于促進(jìn)中小銀行自身的發(fā)展和提升我國(guó)金融業(yè)的整體實(shí)力都具有重要的意義。本文首先介紹了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的概念、特點(diǎn)和模式以及在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況,然后總結(jié)了我國(guó)中小銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從不同的角度分別分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融對(duì)我國(guó)中小銀行發(fā)展所產(chǎn)生的積極和消極影響。最后,在對(duì)我國(guó)中小銀行進(jìn)行SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出我國(guó)中小銀行應(yīng)該充分發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),并在發(fā)展理念、經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等方面進(jìn)行改革和創(chuàng)新,提升自身的實(shí)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,并運(yùn)用民生銀行直銷銀行的案例指出了我國(guó)中小銀行為應(yīng)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融所做的嘗試和努力。
[Abstract]:2013. Internet financial products, represented by Yu'e Bao, emerge in large numbers and develop rapidly in China. Internet finance is a new financial service model which is produced by the deep integration of traditional financial industry and Internet technology. Make the traditional financial services lower cost, higher efficiency, more convenient operation, can provide more and more extensive users of financial services, expand the depth and breadth of financial services. Compared with traditional financial services. Internet finance has great advantages. Therefore, this new financial model is bound to have a certain impact on the traditional financial institutions and products and services. Joint-stock banks, city commercial banks. Village banks and other small and medium-sized banks are gradually developing into a new driving force to promote the development of our financial industry. The rapid development of Internet finance will inevitably lead to fierce competition with the traditional financial industry. For the development of small and medium-sized banks in China brings opportunities and challenges. In this context. It is of great significance to analyze how small and medium-sized banks cope with the competition of Internet finance for promoting the development of small and medium-sized banks and improving the overall strength of our financial industry. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of Internet finance. Characteristics and models as well as the development situation at home and abroad, and then summed up the status quo of the development of small and medium-sized banks in China and the existing problems. On this basis. This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of Internet finance on the development of small and medium banks in China from different angles. Finally, on the basis of SWOT strategic analysis of small and medium-sized banks in China. Put forward that our small and medium-sized banks should give full play to their own advantages, and in the development concept, business model, product services and risk management and other aspects of reform and innovation, to enhance their own strength and competitiveness. In the context of Internet finance to achieve sustainable development, and using the case of Minsheng Bank Direct selling Bank, this paper points out the attempts and efforts made by small and medium-sized banks to deal with Internet finance.
