我國商業(yè)銀行的市場結(jié)構(gòu)對績效的影響研究

【摘要】:2013年,十八屆三中全會順利召開,“發(fā)揮市場在資源配置中的決定作用”這一觀點被高調(diào)的提出,這表明了中國政府簡政放權(quán),讓位于市場,服務(wù)于市場,依托于市場的堅定決心與勇氣;2013年,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維席卷著整個中國,其影響力并不亞于意大利的文藝復(fù)興運動,傳統(tǒng)的金融業(yè)態(tài)勢和格局受到強烈的沖擊。利率市場化的最后一步——存款利率的放開,也在穩(wěn)步的推進(jìn)著,銀行業(yè)的利差收窄,流動性偏緊。在這樣一個時點上研究商業(yè)銀行市場結(jié)構(gòu)對績效的影響具有積極的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文對商業(yè)銀行的市場結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)中的市場份額、市場集中度、差異化和行業(yè)進(jìn)出壁壘進(jìn)行了研究,著重從存貸款市場、中間業(yè)務(wù)市場的市場份額和市場集中度來分析我國商業(yè)銀行在不同市場上的市場結(jié)構(gòu)表現(xiàn)。從盈利性、流動性、風(fēng)險性三個方面對商業(yè)銀行的績效進(jìn)行了研究。并構(gòu)建了綜合績效指標(biāo)體系,并以綜合指標(biāo)為被解釋變量對市場結(jié)構(gòu)與績效的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實證分析,結(jié)果表明,在我國商業(yè)銀行的不同細(xì)分市場上,市場結(jié)構(gòu)對績效的影響存在著差異,在存貸款市場上,市場份額和市場集中度與績效正相關(guān),而在中間業(yè)務(wù)市場上,市場份額和市場集中度與績效成負(fù)相關(guān)。所以在存貸款市場上,大型商業(yè)銀行具有競爭優(yōu)勢,能利用其市場力量獲取高額利潤,但這種優(yōu)勢會隨著我國利率市場化進(jìn)程的不斷深入和新興互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的沖擊而逐漸減弱;在中間業(yè)務(wù)市場上,大型商業(yè)銀行的壟斷地位給商業(yè)銀行的績效造成了負(fù)面影響,所以商業(yè)銀行業(yè)應(yīng)該要加大業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,提高差異化優(yōu)勢、重點發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)以降低中間業(yè)務(wù)市場的集中度,提高商業(yè)銀行的整體績效。

In this paper, the market structure index of commercial banks in the market share, market concentration, differentiation and industry barriers were studied emphatically from the loan market, intermediate business market share and the market concentration of China's commercial banks market structure in different market performance. From the profitability, liquidity. Three the risk of commercial bank's performance. And the construction of the comprehensive performance index system and comprehensive indicators as explanatory variables on the relationship between market structure and performance of the empirical analysis, the results show that the different market segments in China's commercial banks, the difference of influence of market structure on performance there, in the loan market, the market share and the market concentration and performance are positively related, and in the middle of the business market, the market share and the market concentration and performance are negatively correlated. So in the deposit On the market, large commercial banks have a competitive advantage, to obtain high profits by using its market power, but this advantage with the marketization of interest rate deepening and emerging financial impact of the Internet and gradually weakened; in the middle of the business market, the monopoly of large commercial banks to commercial banks' performance negatively so, commercial banks should strengthen business transformation, improve the differentiation advantage, focus on the development of intermediary business in order to reduce the intermediate business market concentration, improve the overall performance of commercial banks.
