【摘要】：自300年前人類社會進入國家主權(quán)貨幣時代以來，每一次大國經(jīng)濟的崛起都伴隨著本國貨幣國際影響力的持續(xù)上升。2007年爆發(fā)的國際金融危機，充分暴露了以美元為主權(quán)貨幣的現(xiàn)行國際貨幣體系的弊端，動搖了美元、歐元等主權(quán)貨幣統(tǒng)治地位。作為世界第二大經(jīng)濟體的中國，經(jīng)濟實力和增長潛力極其巨大，人民幣邁向國際化毋庸置疑的將成為中國未來發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵，同時也必然成為未來中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展在世界范圍內(nèi)的理論熱點之一。然而，基于我國目前金融發(fā)展狀況和國內(nèi)金融政策的約束，以及人民幣在我國地區(qū)貿(mào)易結(jié)算中的地位，依靠離岸金融市場推動人民幣國際化相比于其他途徑來說將成為較好的一種選擇。本文通過對中外文獻進行篩選、研究，總結(jié)了人民幣國際化和離岸金融市場的相關(guān)理論知識，同時闡述了目前人民幣國際化的發(fā)展狀況，從理論層面總體把握了文章的主要理論框架。對香港、倫敦、新加坡等地區(qū)的人民幣離岸市場發(fā)展狀況、發(fā)展優(yōu)勢和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進行梳理、對比和綜合分析，并結(jié)合其他國家離岸金融市場推動貨幣國際化的經(jīng)驗，從實踐上把握離岸金融市場對人民幣國際化的促進作用。最后，運用實證分析方法，用人民幣國際化指數(shù)衡量人民幣國際化程度，通過構(gòu)建實證模型，從數(shù)理方面挖掘離岸金融市場對人民幣國際化的正效應(yīng)。通過從理論、實踐、計量三個方面的綜合分析，，為進一步完善和發(fā)展香港人民幣離岸市場建設(shè)，推動遍布全球的人民幣離岸市場的發(fā)展，提出可行性的政策與建議。
[Abstract]:Since the human society entered the era of national sovereign currency 300 years ago, the rise of every big country's economy has been accompanied by the continuous rise of its currency's international influence. In 2007, the international financial crisis broke out. It has fully exposed the disadvantages of the current international monetary system, which regards the US dollar as the sovereign currency, and shaken the dominance of sovereign currencies such as the US dollar and the euro. China, as the second largest economy in the world, has become the second largest economy in the world. The economic strength and growth potential are extremely huge, and the internationalization of RMB will undoubtedly become the key to the future development of China. At the same time, it will become one of the theoretical hotspots in the future economic development of China in the world. However, based on the current situation of financial development and the constraints of domestic financial policies in China. And the status of RMB in China's regional trade settlement, relying on offshore financial markets to promote the internationalization of RMB will be a better choice than other ways. The research summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of RMB internationalization and offshore financial market, at the same time expounds the current development of RMB internationalization, from the theoretical level of the overall grasp of the main theoretical framework of the article. London, Singapore and other regions of the offshore renminbi market development, development advantages and challenges to comb, comparative and comprehensive analysis, and combined with other countries offshore financial markets to promote currency internationalization experience. Finally, using the empirical analysis method, using the RMB internationalization index to measure the degree of RMB internationalization, through the construction of empirical model. This paper explores the positive effects of offshore financial market on the internationalization of RMB from the aspects of mathematics and physics. Through the comprehensive analysis of three aspects: theory, practice and measurement, this paper aims to further improve and develop the offshore market of RMB in Hong Kong. Promote the development of RMB offshore market all over the world, and put forward feasible policies and suggestions.
