【摘要】：本文在分析山東省FDI數(shù)據(jù)時發(fā)現(xiàn),山東省FDI的分布有三個特征：FDI區(qū)域分布呈現(xiàn)東部沿海城市高度集聚,中西部城市相對較少的特征。二、山東省FDI在產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)的分布是不均衡的,具有明顯的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚特征。山東省FDI主要集中于第二產(chǎn)業(yè)(尤其是制造業(yè)),第三產(chǎn)業(yè)次之,第一產(chǎn)業(yè)最少。且第三產(chǎn)業(yè)外商直接投資增長速度超過了第一、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)。三、山東省FDI呈現(xiàn)明顯的特定來源地集聚特征。主要的投資來源地有韓國、香港、日本、美國、臺灣、新加坡。因此,針對山東省FDI分布集聚的現(xiàn)象以及現(xiàn)有對山東省FDI區(qū)位選擇的集聚效應(yīng)研究的不足,本文采用空間基尼系數(shù)和區(qū)位熵指數(shù)來分別衡量山東省FDI的空間集聚和特定來源地集聚情況,并分析了山東省FDI的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚情況。為了檢驗集聚效應(yīng)對山東省FDI區(qū)位選擇的影響：首先,基于1986-2012年山東省FDI數(shù)據(jù)做時間序列分析,其次,基于2003-2012年山東省17地市FDI面板數(shù)據(jù)集,根據(jù)局部調(diào)整模型理論設(shè)定回歸方程并進行實證檢驗。最終檢驗結(jié)果均表明：集聚效應(yīng)是影響山東省FDI區(qū)位選擇的主要決定因素,外商直接投資的集聚效應(yīng)有利于山東省各地市吸引更多的外商直接投資,也因此造成了FDI空間分布的不均衡。在全球經(jīng)濟持續(xù)低迷和吸引外資競爭日趨激烈的背景下,本文的研究對于山東省利用FDI集聚效應(yīng)的機理吸引外商直接投資具有一定的理論與實踐意義。
[Abstract]:When analyzing the data of FDI in Shandong Province, we find that there are three characteristics of the distribution of FDI in Shandong Province: the regional distribution of FDI is characterized by high concentration of cities in the eastern coast and relatively few cities in the central and western regions. The distribution of FDI in Shandong Province is uneven and has obvious characteristics of industrial agglomeration. FDI in Shandong Province is mainly concentrated in the secondary industry (especially manufacturing industry), followed by the tertiary industry. The first industry is the least, and the tertiary industry FDI growth rate is higher than the first, secondary industry. Third, Shandong Province FDI has obvious characteristics of specific sources of agglomeration. The main source of investment is South Korea. Hong Kong, Japan, the United States, Taiwan, Singapore. Therefore, in view of Shandong Province FDI distribution clustering phenomenon and the existing FDI location selection of Shandong Province agglomeration effect of the lack of research. In this paper, spatial Gini coefficient and location entropy index are used to measure the spatial agglomeration and specific source agglomeration of Shandong FDI. In order to test the effect of agglomeration effect on the location choice of FDI in Shandong province: first of all. Based on the FDI data of Shandong Province from 1986 to 2012 to do time series analysis, secondly, based on the 2003-2012 FDI panel data set of 17 cities in Shandong Province. According to the theory of local adjustment model, the regression equation is set up and the empirical test is carried out. The final test results show that the agglomeration effect is the main determinant of FDI location choice in Shandong Province. The agglomeration effect of foreign direct investment is beneficial to attract more foreign direct investment. As a result, the spatial distribution of FDI is uneven. In the context of the global economic downturn and the increasingly fierce competition to attract foreign capital. The research in this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for Shandong Province to attract FDI by the mechanism of FDI agglomeration effect.
