【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展，發(fā)展速度之快世界罕見，被稱為“中國奇跡”。而在這一高速發(fā)展的背后外商直接投資功不可沒。外商直接投資從無到有，截止2012年底累計實(shí)際投資金額達(dá)到12761.08億美元，已經(jīng)成為我國利用外資的主要方式。在目前我國實(shí)施全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略背景下，重新審視外商直接投資對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響，對高效利用外商直接投資促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文通過理論分析與實(shí)證分析的方法，，研究外商直接投資對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響。其中實(shí)證分析是從兩個角度進(jìn)行，一個是我國外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系實(shí)證，采用協(xié)整檢驗、格蘭杰因果檢驗以及加入滯后變量檢驗外商直接投資對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的影響；另一個是外商直接投資對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的作用實(shí)證，主要是基于外商直接投資的內(nèi)生性，采用聯(lián)立方程組的分析框架進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明：無論是考察外商直接投資與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系，還是單獨(dú)將外商直接投資作為一種資本考察其對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的直接作用，外商直接投資對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長都具有積極的促進(jìn)作用；外商直接投資在我國具有不顯著的資本擠出效應(yīng)和顯著的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)；我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和市場開放度對吸引外商直接投資的作用顯著。最后結(jié)合分析的結(jié)果，給出進(jìn)一步高效利用外商直接投資促進(jìn)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的建議對策。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's economy is rare in the world. It is called the "Chinese miracle". But behind this rapid development, foreign direct investment (FDI) can not be ignored. Foreign direct investment (FDI) begins from scratch. As of end of 2012, the total amount of actual investment has reached one tillion two hundred and seventy-six billion one hundred and eight million US dollars, which has become the main way of utilizing foreign capital in our country. Under the background of implementing the strategy of overall coordinated and sustainable development in our country at present. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to re-examine the influence of foreign direct investment (FDI) on China's economic growth and to make efficient use of foreign direct investment (FDI) to promote China's economic growth. This paper studies the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on China's economic growth through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, among which the empirical analysis is carried out from two angles. The first is the empirical study of the relationship between FDI and economic growth, which uses cointegration test, Granger causality test and the addition of lag variables to test the impact of FDI on economic growth. The other is the effect of foreign direct investment on China's economic growth, mainly based on the endogenous nature of foreign direct investment. The empirical results show that the relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth is investigated. Or the foreign direct investment as a kind of capital to examine its direct effect on the economic growth, the foreign direct investment has the positive promotion function to our country's economic growth; Foreign direct investment (FDI) has not significant capital extrusion effect and significant technology spillover effect in China. China's economic growth and market openness play a significant role in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI). Finally, combining with the results of the analysis, some suggestions on how to further utilize FDI to promote China's economic growth are put forward.
