【摘要】：本文以江蘇省風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資引導(dǎo)基金發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象，利用現(xiàn)有資源，通過期刊網(wǎng)和其他方式閱讀國內(nèi)外關(guān)于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資，，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資引導(dǎo)基金的論文、論著和書籍，有關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資、引導(dǎo)基金的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、了解引導(dǎo)基金發(fā)展基本狀況等。同時(shí)本文以江蘇省有關(guān)引導(dǎo)基金為案例進(jìn)行了分析，探索了適合江蘇省引導(dǎo)基金發(fā)展的模式。 本文完成的主要工作及取得成果概括如下：首先介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)引導(dǎo)基金研究的背景，以及對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資引導(dǎo)基金進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述。其次，本文就風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資引導(dǎo)基金收集了相關(guān)理論研究成果。然后，本文對(duì)國內(nèi)引導(dǎo)基金的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，簡單的介紹了國內(nèi)引導(dǎo)基金的發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段歷程。同時(shí)指出了國內(nèi)引導(dǎo)基金的特點(diǎn)以及發(fā)揮的作用。在總結(jié)分析國內(nèi)引導(dǎo)基金發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)之上，著重介紹分析了江蘇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資引導(dǎo)基金的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，通過具有代表意義的蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)和無錫市風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資引導(dǎo)基金的例子，概括總結(jié)了江蘇省引導(dǎo)基金發(fā)展的成效和出現(xiàn)的問題。最后，本文分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資引導(dǎo)基金發(fā)展困境的原因，并在借鑒國內(nèi)外成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上，結(jié)合江蘇省的現(xiàn)狀，給出了優(yōu)化引導(dǎo)基金發(fā)展的策略建議。 本文以蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)和無錫市風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資引導(dǎo)基金為例，具體分析其發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、存在的主要問題，借鑒國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合江蘇省引導(dǎo)基金的研究現(xiàn)狀和存在問題，從引導(dǎo)基金具體操作層面出發(fā)全面系統(tǒng)地提出優(yōu)化發(fā)展策略。本文涉及到引導(dǎo)基金的定位、運(yùn)作模式、投資原則、管理模式、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范和退出等方面內(nèi)容，為江蘇省內(nèi)其他基金的更好發(fā)展提供了一定的借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development of venture capital guide fund in Jiangsu Province as the research object, using existing resources, through the journal network and other ways to read domestic and foreign papers on venture capital, venture capital guide fund. Books and books, related venture capital, guide fund related data, understand the basic status of the guide fund development. At the same time, this paper takes Jiangsu Province as a case study. To explore a suitable model for Jiangsu Province to guide the development of funds. The main work and achievements of this paper are summarized as follows: firstly, it introduces the background of venture capital and risk guide fund, and the literature review of venture capital and venture capital guiding fund. This paper collects the relevant theoretical research results on the venture capital guiding fund. Then, this paper analyzes the current situation of the domestic guide fund development. This paper briefly introduces the three stages of the development of the domestic guiding fund, and points out the characteristics and functions of the domestic guiding fund. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current situation of the development of the domestic guiding fund. This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the development status of Jiangsu Venture Capital guiding Fund, through the typical examples of Suzhou Industrial Park and Wuxi Venture Capital guiding Fund. Finally, this paper analyzes the reasons for the difficulties of venture capital guiding fund development, and on the basis of the successful experience at home and abroad. Combined with the present situation of Jiangsu Province, the paper gives some suggestions on how to optimize and guide the development of the fund. Taking Suzhou Industrial Park and Wuxi Venture Capital guiding Fund as examples, this paper analyzes the current situation of its development, successful experience, main problems, and draw lessons from domestic and foreign experience. Combined with the current research situation and existing problems of the guiding fund in Jiangsu Province, this paper puts forward the optimization development strategy from the concrete operation level of the guiding fund. This article involves the positioning, operation mode and investment principle of the guiding fund. The management mode, risk prevention and withdrawal provide some experience for the better development of other funds in Jiangsu province.
