【摘要】：金融生態(tài)環(huán)境是利用生態(tài)學(xué)的有關(guān)概念和知識對金融外部環(huán)境所進行的形象描述,包括作用和影響金融運行的一切外在環(huán)境——宏觀經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、金融環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境和制度環(huán)境等在內(nèi)的外部基礎(chǔ)性條件體系,能夠?qū)嶋H考察一個區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟金融發(fā)展實情。良好的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境能夠促進形成較低的金融成本,提高金融運作效率。在促進金融業(yè)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的同時,逐步形成良性循環(huán),為區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟和金融提供強有力的支持,不斷獲得社會發(fā)展和進步。 2008年1月16日,《廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》的出臺,標志著國家部署將進一步開放開發(fā)北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)。而北部灣經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展離不開金融業(yè)的支持,金融生態(tài)環(huán)境是金融業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的強力保障,也是北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)金融效率提高的外部基礎(chǔ)條件。事實顯示,近幾年北部灣經(jīng)濟增長持續(xù)提速,金融業(yè)展現(xiàn)出一片發(fā)展繁榮的景象。但是,由于北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)建設(shè)起步晚,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展仍大步落后于東部發(fā)達地區(qū),未形成一個良性的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境,區(qū)域金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展缺乏環(huán)境背景支撐,金融效率停滯不前。為了改變目前金融效率低下的狀況,需要從金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的優(yōu)化建設(shè)方面進行分析探究。 論文致力于廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)化問題研究,基于金融效率視角探討金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以提高金融效率為目標探尋廣西北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)化發(fā)展之路。論文首先梳理區(qū)域金融、金融可持續(xù)發(fā)展和金融生態(tài)環(huán)境等相關(guān)理論。其次,以上述理論的研究思路為指導(dǎo),對北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境——經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、金融環(huán)境、社會文化環(huán)境和制度環(huán)境的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行層次分析,隨后著重分析金融效率——資金轉(zhuǎn)化效率、資金分置效率與資金配置效率；以促進北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)金融效率提高為宗旨,運用實證研究分析金融生態(tài)環(huán)境影響因素,判斷其影響程度與影響方向。由理論分析與實證驗證,得到結(jié)論：制度環(huán)境與金融環(huán)境對北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)的金融效率影響較大,其次是經(jīng)濟環(huán)境和社會文化環(huán)境。此后,針對具體的影響因素,提出優(yōu)化北部灣經(jīng)濟區(qū)金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:The financial ecological environment is an image description of the external financial environment by using the relevant concepts and knowledge of ecology, including all the external environment, the macroeconomic environment and the financial environment, which play a role and influence on the financial operation. The external basic condition system, such as social cultural environment and institutional environment, can actually investigate the actual situation of economic and financial development in a region, and a good financial ecological environment can promote the formation of lower financial costs. While promoting the healthy and stable development of the financial industry, we should gradually form a virtuous circle, provide strong support for the regional economy and finance, and continue to obtain social development and progress. In January 16th 2008, the "Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Development Plan" was issued. Indicating that the national deployment will further open up the development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and the development of Beibu Gulf economy can not be separated from the support of the financial industry, the financial ecological environment is a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of the financial industry. It is also the external basic condition for the improvement of financial efficiency in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. The facts show that the economic growth of Beibu Gulf continues to increase in recent years, and the financial industry shows a scene of development and prosperity. Because the construction of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone started late, the economic development still lagged behind the eastern developed areas, did not form a benign financial ecological environment, the regional financial sustainable development lack of environmental background support. The financial efficiency is stagnant. In order to change the current situation of financial inefficiency, it is necessary to analyze and explore the optimization and construction of the financial ecological environment. This paper focuses on the optimization of financial ecological environment in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and discusses the development status of financial ecological environment from the perspective of financial efficiency. To improve financial efficiency as the goal to explore the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone financial ecological environment optimization development. Firstly, the paper combs the regional finance, financial sustainable development and financial ecological environment and other related theories. Secondly. Guided by the above theoretical research ideas, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the economic environment, financial environment, social culture environment and institutional environment of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. Then it analyzes the financial efficiency, the efficiency of capital conversion, the efficiency of capital separation and the efficiency of fund allocation. In order to promote the improvement of financial efficiency in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, empirical research is used to analyze the influencing factors of financial ecological environment, and to judge the influence degree and direction. It is concluded that the institutional environment and financial environment have a greater impact on the financial efficiency of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, followed by the economic environment and social and cultural environment. Put forward the constructive suggestion of optimizing the financial ecological environment of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.
