【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的日益加深,各國(guó)對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的重視程度也在逐漸上升。而貿(mào)易成本卻一直被認(rèn)為是阻礙一國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的主要障礙,為解決這一難題,國(guó)際貿(mào)易成本問(wèn)題成為研究熱點(diǎn)。國(guó)際結(jié)算作為國(guó)際貿(mào)易的最后且是最重要的一環(huán),是國(guó)際貿(mào)易能否順利完成的關(guān)鍵。雖然國(guó)際結(jié)算成本僅占貿(mào)易總額的3.5%左右,仍是貿(mào)易總成本的一個(gè)重要組成部分,然而國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于我國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的國(guó)際結(jié)算成本研究幾乎還未開(kāi)始。本文立足于此空白,從中國(guó)近30年的對(duì)外貿(mào)易實(shí)際情況出發(fā),分析中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的國(guó)際結(jié)算成本,針對(duì)性的提出優(yōu)化中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的建議,從而降低貿(mào)易總成本,促進(jìn)中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的進(jìn)一步深化,提升中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 為了更好地說(shuō)明中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的國(guó)際結(jié)算成本,本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于國(guó)際結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及國(guó)際結(jié)算成本等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行概括性的論述,并提出自己的評(píng)述。隨后簡(jiǎn)要介紹中國(guó)近30年以來(lái)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的大致情況和主要貿(mào)易國(guó)家或地區(qū),為后文中國(guó)國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的構(gòu)成和影響因素做鋪墊。其次進(jìn)行了定性和定量分析。 在定性分析方面,本文側(cè)重于分析中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易中國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的主要構(gòu)成以及影響因素。國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的主要構(gòu)成包括銀行手續(xù)費(fèi)用、貨幣的選擇與匯兌成本、國(guó)際結(jié)算的時(shí)間成本以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)成本這四個(gè)方面。而影響中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的因素從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)角度進(jìn)行分析,其中宏觀層面的影響因素包括匯率變動(dòng)和國(guó)際結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；微觀層面的影響因素包括結(jié)算工具的影響、結(jié)算貨幣的影響、結(jié)算時(shí)間的影響、結(jié)算方式的影響這四個(gè)方面。在定量分析方面,通過(guò)1979—2013年中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù),假定銀行手續(xù)費(fèi)用、貨幣匯兌成本、國(guó)際結(jié)算時(shí)間成和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)成本為解釋變量,對(duì)中國(guó)進(jìn)口貿(mào)易額和出口貿(mào)易額進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的回歸分析,通過(guò)回歸結(jié)果的估計(jì)系數(shù),說(shuō)明這四種成本分別對(duì)中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的影響。 研究結(jié)果顯示,中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的國(guó)際結(jié)算成本與中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易額成正相關(guān)關(guān)系。就出口貿(mào)易而言,銀行手續(xù)費(fèi)用在中國(guó)國(guó)際結(jié)算成本中所占份額最小,國(guó)際結(jié)算成本隨銀行手續(xù)費(fèi)用、貨幣兌換成本、結(jié)算時(shí)間成本和結(jié)算風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的增加而增加；對(duì)進(jìn)口貿(mào)易而言,銀行手續(xù)費(fèi)用對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的影響最為直接,國(guó)際結(jié)算成本隨銀行手續(xù)費(fèi)用、貨幣兌換成本和結(jié)算時(shí)間成本的上升而上升。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于提出國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的概念,并創(chuàng)造性的分析了中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易中國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的組成部分和影響因素,通過(guò)偏最小二乘回歸分析了國(guó)際結(jié)算成本對(duì)中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的影響。目前的研究大多集中于貿(mào)易總成本的構(gòu)成、影響因素以及如何減少之上,關(guān)于國(guó)際結(jié)算成本的研究較為少見(jiàn),針對(duì)中國(guó)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易分析的研究更少。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, also a gradual increase in national attention on international trade. And the trade cost has been considered to be the main obstacle to the development of foreign trade, in order to solve this problem, the cost of international trade issues become the focus of research. The international settlement as the last international trade and is one of the most important, is the key to international trade can be successfully completed. Although the cost of international trade settlement accounts for only about 3.5% of the total, a total cost is still an important part of trade, however, China's import and export trade of the international settlement cost of domestic have barely begun. Based on this gap, starting from nearly China 30 years of foreign trade situation, analysis of international settlement cost Chinese import and export trade, puts forward the optimization of China import and export trade and international settlement cost suggestions, so as to reduce trade The total cost can promote the further deepening of China's foreign trade and enhance the competitiveness of China's foreign trade.
In order to better explain the international settlement cost Chinese import and export trade, this paper at home and abroad on international settlement risk and international settlement costs related literature introduction, and put forward their comments. Then a brief introduction of China nearly 30 years of foreign trade general situation and major trading countries or regions, to pave the way for the following the composition and influencing factors of international settlement cost China. Secondly analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.
In the aspect of qualitative analysis, this paper focuses on the analysis of main components of Chinese import and export trade, international settlement costs and effects. The main cost of international settlement including bank charges, the choice of currency and exchange costs, these four aspects of international settlement time cost and risk response cost. And the factors affecting the Chinese international import and export trade settlement cost is analyzed from the angle of the two macro and micro, which influence the macro level factors including exchange rate and international settlement risk; influence factors of micro level including settlement tool, influence the settlement currency, the influence of settlement time, these four aspects affect the settlement. In the quantitative analysis, through 1979 2013 - Chinese import and export trade time series data, assuming that the bank charges, currency exchange cost, time and risk of international settlement The cost is the explanatory variable, and a simple regression analysis is made for China's import trade volume and export trade volume. The influence of the four costs on China's import and export trade is explained through the estimation coefficient of regression results.
The research results show that the cost of Chinese international settlement of import and export trade and foreign trade China are positively correlated. The export trade, bank charges in China international settlement costs in proportion with the minimum cost of international settlement, bank charges, currency exchange cost, time cost and increase settlement settlement risk increases; on the import trade, the bank charges for settlement cost Chinese international is the most direct cost of international settlement with the bank charges, the rising cost of currency exchange and settlement time cost rises.
The innovation of this paper is to put forward the concept of the cost of international settlement, and creative factor analysis of components and influence China import and export trade, international settlement cost, by partial least squares regression analysis of the impact of the cost of international settlement of China import and export trade. Current research is focused on how to reduce the total cost of trade, influence study on the factors and above the cost of international settlement are rare, according to the analysis of Chinese less research of import and export trade.
