【摘要】:2008年的三鹿奶粉事件、2010年的富士康14跳、麥當(dāng)勞的橡膠門、2011年的“瘦肉精”、“地溝油”、“毒豆芽”等,把大眾關(guān)注的重點轉(zhuǎn)向了企業(yè),從而使企業(yè)社會責(zé)任成為了人們談?wù)摰慕裹c話題。在負面新聞絡(luò)繹不絕被曝光的同時,有些企業(yè)卻在積極參加公益活動,捐贈錢物、修建學(xué)校、設(shè)立基金……這兩種截然不同的表現(xiàn)加深了大眾對企業(yè)社會責(zé)任的思考。 隨著公眾的日益關(guān)注,很多企業(yè)開始重新考慮社會責(zé)任問題;谏鐣(zé)任提升企業(yè)核心競爭力,成為企業(yè)獲得廣闊市場的前提和實現(xiàn)持久發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。上市公司是國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的先鋒,也是中小企業(yè)效仿的榜樣。因此,從社會責(zé)任視角對上市公司核心競爭力提升的研究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文遵循“提出問題—分析問題—解決問題”的邏輯思路,以上市公司為研究對象,從社會責(zé)任的視角,運用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,闡明上市公司社會責(zé)任與核心競爭力的相互關(guān)系,并對上市公司提升核心競爭力存在的問題及原因進行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了解決問題的具體對策建議。 本文的研究主要包括以下七章內(nèi)容: 第一章:緒論。主要介紹了研究背景和研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法、本文的創(chuàng)新點等; 第二章:相關(guān)概念概述。對上市公司、企業(yè)社會責(zé)任、核心競爭力等相關(guān)概念、理論進行系統(tǒng)梳理,為論文的寫作提供理論依據(jù); 第三章:上市公司的社會責(zé)任及其核心競爭力分析。從上市公司社會責(zé)任的內(nèi)容、核心競爭力的主要表現(xiàn)及基于社會責(zé)任視角上市公司核心競爭力的優(yōu)勢來具體研究,,為下文的深入分析提供理論支持; 第四章:上市公司社會責(zé)任與核心競爭力的關(guān)系研究。分別采用定性、定量兩種方法研究上市公司社會責(zé)任和核心競爭力之間的正相關(guān)關(guān)系; 第五章:社會責(zé)任視角下上市公司核心競爭力提升存在的問題及原因分析。首先從7個方面分析了基于社會責(zé)任視角下上市公司核心競爭力提升存在的主要問題,之后逐一分析了其存在問題的原因; 第六章:社會責(zé)任視角下上市公司提升核心競爭力的對策。本文從增強品牌知名度、塑造企業(yè)文化、提高創(chuàng)新能力、加強政府監(jiān)督等7個方面提出解決問題的對策和建議; 第七章:結(jié)論。本文通過系統(tǒng)研究,得出了三個結(jié)論:一是上市公司企業(yè)社會責(zé)任與核心競爭力之間存在正相關(guān)的關(guān)系;二是提升上市公司核心競爭力需要企業(yè)、政府、社會三方動態(tài)協(xié)同;三是基于社會責(zé)任視角下提升上市公司核心競爭力具有一定的前瞻性。 然而,由于本人能力有限,文章中難免有許多不足,自己會在今后的工作實踐中不斷思考和研究,為我國上市公司的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻自己的微薄之力。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the Sanlu milk powder incident, Foxconn in 2010 14 jump, McDonald's rubber door, 2011 "Clenbuterol", "drainage oil", "poison bean sprouts", the focus of public concern to the enterprise, so that corporate social responsibility has become a hot topic that people talk about. Exposure on negative news in a continuous line. At the same time, some enterprises are actively participate in public welfare activities, donations, building schools, the establishment of the fund. The two distinct performance deepened the public thinking of corporate social responsibility.
With the increasing public concern, many companies began to reconsider the issue of social responsibility. The social responsibility to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises based on the premise of the enterprise become the key to gain a broad market and realize the sustainable development of the listed company is the pioneer of the development of the national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises is an example to follow. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study listed companies to enhance the core competitiveness from the perspective of social responsibility.
This paper follows the logic "raise problems, analyze problems and solve problems", to the listed company as the research object, from the view of social responsibility, the use of research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, clarifying the relationship between social responsibility and the core competitiveness of listed companies, and to enhance the core competitiveness of listed companies and problems the reasons are analyzed, and puts forward some specific suggestions to solve the problem.
The research of this article mainly includes the following seven chapters:
The first chapter is introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, the research content and research methods, and the innovation of this paper.
The second chapter is the overview of related concepts. The related concepts and theories of listed companies, corporate social responsibility and core competitiveness are systematically sorted out, providing theoretical basis for writing papers.
The third chapter: analysis of the social responsibility and the core competitiveness of listed companies from the listed company. The content of social responsibility, the concrete research to the main performance of the core competitiveness and social responsibility based on the perspective of listed company's core competitive advantage, to provide theoretical support for the following in-depth analysis;
The fourth chapter: the relationship between social responsibility and core competitiveness of listed companies. Qualitative and quantitative two methods are used to study the positive correlation between social responsibility and core competitiveness of listed companies.
The fifth chapter: the analysis of existing problems and causes of the listed companies to enhance the core competitiveness from the perspective of social responsibility from 7 aspects. Firstly, analyzes the main problems of the core competitiveness of the listed company social responsibility from the perspective of improving based on analyzing the reasons of the existence of the problem;
The sixth chapter: the countermeasures to enhance core competitiveness of listed companies from the perspective of social responsibility. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from 7 aspects: enhancing brand awareness, shaping corporate culture, improving innovation ability and strengthening government supervision.
The seventh chapter is the conclusion. This paper draws three conclusions: one is that there is a positive relationship between corporate social responsibility and the core competitiveness; the two is to enhance the core competitiveness of listed companies need to enterprise, government, society three party dynamic coordination; three is to have some forward-looking society to enhance the core competitiveness of listed companies based on the perspective of responsibility.
However, due to my limited ability, there are many shortcomings in the article. I will continue to think and study in the future work practice, contributing to the healthy and sustainable development of Listed Companies in China.
