【摘要】：首先通過模型考察了信貸限額對保證經(jīng)濟平穩(wěn)發(fā)展的重要作用,指出,信貸限額手段可以通過規(guī)避社會陷入Minsky的"Ponzi融資"模式,而將經(jīng)濟拉回至平衡增長路徑,保證了經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)和平穩(wěn)發(fā)展。同時,用誤差修正模型對信貸限額政策進行回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)雖然央行在1998年之后僅僅給出了指導(dǎo)性信貸發(fā)放量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),商業(yè)銀行的執(zhí)行力卻很值得稱道。同時,我們用GMM模型證實了信貸量對經(jīng)濟增長的推動以及減少經(jīng)濟波動的作用。因此,信貸限額手段對保證信貸量理性發(fā)放、保證經(jīng)濟平穩(wěn)發(fā)展具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:First of all, the paper examines the important role of credit limit in ensuring the smooth development of economy through the model, and points out that the means of credit limit can be used to avoid the "Ponzi financing" mode of society falling into Minsky. And pulling the economy back to the balanced growth path, which ensures the sustainable and stable development of the economy. At the same time, we use the error correction model to carry on the regression analysis to the credit limit policy. It has been found that although the central bank has only given a standard for the issuance of guiding credit since 1998, the executive power of commercial banks is commendable. At the same time. We use the GMM model to prove the role of credit volume in promoting economic growth and reducing economic fluctuations. Therefore, credit limit means play an important role in ensuring the rational distribution of credit volume and the smooth development of economy.
