【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,信托產(chǎn)品以其高收益、低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特性已經(jīng)成為國民理財(cái)?shù)闹匾顿Y方向,信托資金傾向于投資高利潤增長的房地產(chǎn)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和礦產(chǎn)能源等資金密集型行業(yè)。未來十年,隨著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí),養(yǎng)老、REITs地產(chǎn)、旅游、動(dòng)漫和小微企業(yè)等五個(gè)領(lǐng)域有望為信托資金提供新的投資空間。
