【摘要】：隨著中國金融體制改革的逐漸深入,中國銀行業(yè)外部經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了劇烈的變化,國內(nèi)銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,外資銀行大舉入境也迫在眉睫。營(yíng)口銀行作為地方性股份制商業(yè)銀行,相對(duì)于國內(nèi)其他商業(yè)銀行而言,核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力高低成為影響其今后發(fā)展的制約因素。因此,在不斷變化的外部環(huán)境和日益激烈的國際國內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)面前,如何確立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,利用外部機(jī)會(huì)、發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)資源、提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,是營(yíng)口銀行必須解決的課題,也是本文研究的目的所在。 本文首先分析了營(yíng)口銀行的歷史、現(xiàn)在取得的成績(jī)和暴露的問題,進(jìn)而對(duì)其發(fā)展所面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境、外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部資源能力狀況等方面進(jìn)行SWOT綜合分析,得出外部機(jī)會(huì)大于威脅、內(nèi)部劣勢(shì)大于優(yōu)勢(shì)的結(jié)論。同時(shí)明確營(yíng)口銀行的市場(chǎng)定位,即“服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)、服務(wù)中小企業(yè)、服務(wù)城市市民”,成為名副其實(shí)的“地方銀行”、“市民銀行”。在此基礎(chǔ)上,確定以差異性為主的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,并在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施中從市場(chǎng)定位、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、人力資源、創(chuàng)新研發(fā)、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟等幾方面進(jìn)行了一定程度的闡述。為確保上述戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施,提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施：完善公司治理、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、堅(jiān)持組織結(jié)構(gòu)再造、激勵(lì)約束機(jī)制、人力資源管理、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等。
[Abstract]:China along with the deeper reform of financial system, has changed China banking external business environment, the increasingly fierce competition in the banking sector, foreign banks missively entry also imminent. The Bank of Yingkou as a local joint-stock commercial bank, which he compared to domestic commercial banks, the core competitive ability has become the impact factors of its future development.. therefore, in the changing external environment and the increasingly fierce domestic and international competition, how to establish the competitive strategy, the use of external opportunities, give full play to the advantages of resources, enhance the core competitive ability, the Bank of Yingkou is a problem must be solved, which is the purpose of this study.
This paper first analyzes the history of the Bank of Yingkou, now the achievements and problems, and the development of the competitive environment, the external environment and internal resources ability to carry out a comprehensive analysis of SWOT, the external opportunities than threats, internal weaknesses in conclusion advantages. Market positioning clearly at the same time the Bank of Yingkou "the service for local economy, services for small and medium-sized enterprises, city public service", to become worthy of the name "local bank", "public banks". On this basis, to determine the difference of the competitive strategy, and in the implementation of the strategy from the market positioning, marketing, human resources, innovation and development, several aspects of strategic alliance a certain degree of elaboration. To ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, put forward corresponding measures: to improve corporate governance, strengthen risk management, adhere to the organization structure reengineering, shock Encouragement and restraint mechanism, human resource management, enterprise culture construction, etc.
