【摘要】:私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)是銀行開設(shè)的一種金融產(chǎn)品與服務(wù),是專門定位于富裕人群,一般來說至少需要100萬美元以上的資產(chǎn)。私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)有別于一般傳統(tǒng)的“零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)”,結(jié)合了信托、投資、稅務(wù)咨詢等多種金融服務(wù),主要是突出了量身定制的特殊性,比如可以購買一般客戶無法購買的股票、債券和優(yōu)先購買IPO的機(jī)會(huì),此外還可以提供公司架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、不動(dòng)產(chǎn)投資、遺產(chǎn)規(guī)劃等個(gè)性化服務(wù)。同時(shí)還可以享受騎馬、高爾夫暢打、SOS救援服務(wù)、珠寶鑒賞等增值服務(wù),以及購買商業(yè)銀行專門為其定制的高認(rèn)購起點(diǎn)、高收益的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品。私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)具有準(zhǔn)入門檻高,服務(wù)個(gè)性化、專業(yè)化、綜合化,品牌效應(yīng)大,業(yè)務(wù)利潤(rùn)高等特點(diǎn)。私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)在國(guó)外經(jīng)過幾百年的發(fā)展已經(jīng)相當(dāng)成熟,也成為了國(guó)際上許多著名商業(yè)銀行一個(gè)重要的業(yè)務(wù)板塊。近年來我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,已成為全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,占全球經(jīng)濟(jì)比重超過10%。我國(guó)的富裕人士數(shù)量也急速增加,財(cái)富不斷增長(zhǎng)。我國(guó)富豪人數(shù)的增長(zhǎng)率也是全球最快的國(guó)家之一。在亞太地區(qū),日本的富裕人數(shù)排名第一,中國(guó)排名第二。中國(guó)高凈值人群在財(cái)富急劇增長(zhǎng)以后,也愈發(fā)關(guān)注“財(cái)富保障”和“財(cái)富傳承”,不再像以前一樣單一存放資產(chǎn),而是開始追求多元化、甚至跨境的全球化資產(chǎn)配置需求。私人銀行在滿足高凈值人群的金融需求中所承擔(dān)的角色越來越重要,雙方的合作關(guān)系日漸深化,高凈值人群對(duì)私人銀行的信任度也逐步增加。2007年,我國(guó)成立了首家中資銀行的私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)中心,我國(guó)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展尚處于起步階段,依然存在組織模式落后、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新力度待加強(qiáng)、缺乏私人銀行相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的高端人才、監(jiān)管需要升級(jí)等諸多問題。尤其在我國(guó)目前的私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)定位方面,存在著諸多問題與不足,亟待解決。目前私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)在各大商業(yè)銀行都已上升到戰(zhàn)略地位的高度。在理論方面,對(duì)于我國(guó)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)研究,大多數(shù)是關(guān)于發(fā)展模式以及未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的研究,而對(duì)于現(xiàn)階段市場(chǎng)定位存在的問題與不足的分析較少。如果不能分析歸納出現(xiàn)階段市場(chǎng)定位存在的問題,不能指明未來私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)定位的方向,將會(huì)難以滿足國(guó)內(nèi)高凈值客戶復(fù)雜且標(biāo)準(zhǔn)極高的金融需求,促進(jìn)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型。本文將對(duì)我國(guó)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)定位的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,重點(diǎn)分析了我國(guó)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)定位存在的如缺乏清晰的戰(zhàn)略定位、產(chǎn)品品種缺乏多樣化、專業(yè)人才匱乏等幾方面問題。同時(shí)也對(duì)我國(guó)私人銀行未來發(fā)展的市場(chǎng)定位設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了闡述分析,提出了保證新市場(chǎng)定位得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的具體實(shí)踐措施,豐富了關(guān)于中國(guó)私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)未來發(fā)展的市場(chǎng)定位的研究理論。

At the same time can also enjoy the ride, smooth playing golf, SOS rescue services, jewelry and other value-added services, and the purchase of commercial the bank customized specifically for the high subscription starting point, high-yield financial products. The private banking business has high barriers to entry, personalized service, professional, comprehensive, brand effect Large, high profit business of private banking business in foreign countries. After several years of development has been quite mature, has become an important international business sector in many famous commercial banks. In recent years, China's rapid economic development, has become the world's second largest economy, accounting for the proportion of the global economy over the number of 10%. in China wealthy individuals also increased rapidly growing wealth. One of China's growth rate is the number of billionaires in the world's fastest countries in the Asia Pacific region, the number of wealthy Japan ranked first, Chinese ranked second. Chinese high net worth individuals in the future wealth of rapid growth, is also increasingly concerned about the "wealth protection" and "inheritance of wealth". No longer as a single asset store, but began to pursue diversification, globalization and even cross-border asset allocation needs. Private banks undertake to meet the financial needs of high net worth individuals. More and more important role, the cooperation between the two sides is deepening, the population of high net worth of private banking trust has gradually increased.2007 years, China established the first bank's private banking business center, the development of private banking business in China is still in its infancy, there is still the organization model behind the product innovation needs to be strengthened. The lack of private banking business of high-end talent, regulators need to upgrade. Especially many problems in China's current private banking market positioning, there are many problems and shortcomings, which need to be solved. At present, the private banking business in the major commercial banks have risen to the strategic position of the height. In theory, the related research the private banking business in China, most of the research on the development mode and development trend in the future, and to present the problems and shortcomings of the market positioning The analysis is less. If not analysis stage of market positioning problems, not point out the future direction of the private banking business market positioning, will be difficult to meet the domestic high net worth clients with complex and high standard financial needs, promote private banking business transformation. In this paper, the status quo of China's private banking business market positioning and problems the analysis, analyzed the existing business market positioning of our country private banks such as the lack of clear strategic positioning, product variety and lack of diversification, some problems such as lack of professional talents. At the same time on the market positioning of future development of China's private banking design are analyzed, and puts forward some concrete measures to ensure that the new market positioning can be achieved in practice. It enriches the theory research on the market positioning of future development Chinese private banking business.
