【摘要】：順應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的趨勢,中國在“走出去”戰(zhàn)略引導(dǎo)下,2002年之后在對外直接投資方面取得了較為突出的發(fā)展。我國的對外直接投資額流量從2003年28.5億美元到2013年的878億美元,發(fā)生了質(zhì)的飛躍。2012年,在世界總體投資環(huán)境惡化情況下,中國OFDI的發(fā)展逆勢上揚(yáng),并首次成為全球三大對外投資國之一。正是由于中國OFDI近十年的良好表現(xiàn),逐漸使其成為了關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。因此本文結(jié)合大量文獻(xiàn)的閱讀和思考,順應(yīng)目前討論熱點(diǎn),把研究對象定位于中國對外直接投資,并以研究較少的制度作為切入點(diǎn),即從制度的角度研究各因素對中國OFDI的影響情況。通過在傳統(tǒng)的客觀影響因素中加入主觀的制度因素,從而更為準(zhǔn)確的呈現(xiàn)各影響因素在中國OFDI行為和發(fā)展中的貢獻(xiàn)度�；谠撗芯�,為使中國的資金得到充分利用,并發(fā)揮出最大化效益而提供一定的參考意見,以期中國在今后的對外直接投資發(fā)展中取得更好的成績。 具體到文章內(nèi)容,本文主要研究制度質(zhì)量及距離對中國OFDI的影響情況。著重關(guān)注兩個方面：對流量和存量的影響情況、對區(qū)域選擇的影響情況。首先,通過文獻(xiàn)研究法,梳理并歸納對外投資理論并落腳到本文研究的具有中國特色的對外投資理論。在此基礎(chǔ)上,梳理制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及制度概念引入到對外投資研究中的過渡,最終總結(jié)出中外關(guān)于制度以及制度距離對于OFDI影響的理論研究和實(shí)證研究效果。再者,通過分析中國2003年-2012年的對外直接投資狀況,得出目前中國對外直接投資的實(shí)際特征。通過比對中國對外直接投資的理論特征之后,提出相應(yīng)的待研究和待解釋的問題,為下一步實(shí)證研究打好基礎(chǔ)。最后,基于前文中國對外直接投資的理論和現(xiàn)狀分析,本文提出了相應(yīng)的假設(shè),采用中國對外直接投資的100個國家的10年的OFDI面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,除開采用經(jīng)典的客觀影響變量之外,主要加入了代表制度質(zhì)量的權(quán)威性統(tǒng)計指標(biāo)和權(quán)重公式換算得來的制度距離解釋變量,從狹義的制度質(zhì)量和制度距離角度觀察其對影響OFDI的存量以及區(qū)域選擇的情況。本文的實(shí)證和建議部分主要采用計量模型研究和SPSS統(tǒng)計研究。第一個層次是采用普通面板回歸模型進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,主要驗(yàn)證傳統(tǒng)的影響因素模型中加入新的主觀制度因素之后,各個變量的影響效果會與前人的研究有什么異同點(diǎn)；第二個層次,還運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計分析方法,在最后建議部分給出九方格的篩選分析框架,使建議更加具體可操作。 本文共分為五個部分。第一部分：引言,其中包括研究背景與意義等內(nèi)容。第二部分：文獻(xiàn)綜述,主要分為兩條主線。一條是主流的對外直接投資理論成果總結(jié)；另一條主線是制度距離作為OFDI影響因素的研究成果。第三部分：我國對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀、特征及影響因素；第四部分：實(shí)證分析,包括理論假設(shè),基于前人研究結(jié)論和前文現(xiàn)狀問題的分析結(jié)果,提出本文中需要驗(yàn)證的三個假設(shè)；樣本、變量和數(shù)據(jù)的選取等具體事項(xiàng)說明；模型建立和結(jié)論分析。本文通過實(shí)證分析得出如下結(jié)論：經(jīng)典的客觀影響變量在OFDI的影響中仍然發(fā)揮著作用,但有些變量變得不顯著；東道國的制度質(zhì)量越好,中國的投資意愿越強(qiáng),投資量越大；我國與東道國的制度距離越大,中國的投資可能性越��；具體到發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家有些因素的影響有一定的差異。第五部分：政策建議,通過模型的結(jié)論分析和解釋,建議中國的對外直接投資在國家層面上要有一些導(dǎo)向性的政策支持和咨詢服務(wù),并且堅持走分層化規(guī)劃管理模式,充分挖掘我國在發(fā)達(dá)國家與發(fā)展中國家不同投資優(yōu)勢和特征,因地制宜的投資和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the trend of economic integration, China in "going out" strategy under the guidance, after 2002, foreign direct investment in developing more prominent. It is because of the good performance of OFDI Chinese for nearly ten years, it gradually became the focus of attention. This paper combined with a large number of literature reading and thinking, conform to the current hot discussion, located in the study China foreign direct investment, and less research system as a starting point, the situation of the system from the point of view of various factors on the Chinese OFDI. The objective factors in the traditional In addition the system subjective factors, so as to more accurately reveal the contribution of each factor in China OFDI behavior and development. Based on this research, in order to make full use of China funds, with the greatest benefits and provide some suggestions, in order to Chinese achieve better results in the future foreign direct in the development of investment.
Specific to the contents of the article, this paper mainly studies the system quality and distance effect on Chinese OFDI. Focuses on two aspects: the influence of stock and flow, the impact of regional choice. First, through literature research, combing and summarized the theory of foreign investment and settled in this study has the characteristics of foreign Chinese the theory of investment. On this basis, combing the institutional economics and system research to introduce the concept of transition in foreign investment, finally summarizes the Chinese and foreign about the institution and the distance for the OFDI of theoretical research and empirical research results. Furthermore, through the analysis of China 2003 -2012 years of foreign direct investment, the actual characteristics of China foreign direct investment. After comparison of characteristics China through the theory of foreign direct investment, and put forward to research some problems to be explained, for the next step. Lay a good foundation for empirical research. Finally, theoretical and empirical analysis based on the above Chinese foreign direct investment, this paper proposes the corresponding assumptions, the empirical analysis using 10 years of OFDI panel data of 100 countries Chinese foreign direct investment, in addition to the objective impact of classical variables, mainly involved the authoritative statistical indicators and the weight formula representing institutional quality system distance variables from the narrow institutional quality and institutional distance angle to observe its effect on OFDI stock and regional selection. The empirical part uses statistics and suggestions of econometric model research and SPSS. The first level is the general panel regression model after adding the subjective data analysis, new institutional factors influence the main factors in the model to verify the traditional effect of each variable with the previous studies What are the similarities and differences? At the second level, we also use statistical analysis method. In the last part of the suggestion, we give the nine squares screening and analysis framework, making the proposal more specific and operable.
This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, including research background and significance of the content. The second part is the literature review, mainly divided into two lines. One is the foreign direct investment theory summary of the achievements of the mainstream; the other thread is institutional distance as the research results of influential factors of OFDI. The third part status quo of China's foreign direct investment, characteristics and influencing factors; the fourth part is empirical analysis, including theoretical assumptions, the results of previous research conclusions and problems based on the previous status, put forward three hypotheses to verify this paper; sample, variables and data selection and other specific matters; analysis model and conclusion. This paper draws the following conclusions through empirical analysis: the classic objective impact variables in the OFDI influence continues to play a role, but some variables become insignificant; quality system of the host country The amount of the better, Chinese willingness to invest more, the greater the amount of investment system; the distance between China and the host country is bigger, the smaller possibility of investment China; specific to the influence of developed and developing countries, some factors are different. The fifth part: policy recommendations, through model analysis and conclusion, suggestions for foreign direct investment China at the national level to have some guiding policy support and consulting services, and adhere to the hierarchical planning management mode, fully tap our country in the developed countries and the developing countries of different investment advantages and characteristics of investment and development of local conditions.
