【摘要】:隨著我國農民收入的逐步提高,農民有了更強的消費意愿和消費能力,實現這種意愿和能力的重要途徑是通過消費信貸。消費信貸對于擴大我國農村消費市場、建設社會主義新農村有著重要的意義。但是,我國農村消費信貸市場存在嚴重失靈。農民有著強烈的意愿進行消費信貸,對消費信貸有著很強的需求,而我國目前農村地區(qū)的消費信貸供給情況不容樂觀。數據顯示,正規(guī)金融機構對農村地區(qū)的消費信貸供給缺口超過3萬億元。如何增加農村消費信貸供給就成為亟待解決的問題。 論文主要采用了理論分析與實證分析相結合,定性分析與博弈論方法相結合的分析方法,將理論和實踐融為一體進行討論。本文的研究目的在于通過分析農村消費信貸難的現狀,找出涉及農村消費信貸的金融產品供給不能滿足消費信貸需求的原因,通過動態(tài)博弈模型的分析,指出增加農村消費信貸的金融產品供給的路徑選擇。 本文首先在相關基礎理論的研究中,介紹了信貸相關的理論和金融產品涉及的理論。信貸相關理論包括消費信貸理論,信貸配給理論以及信貸互聯(lián)理論。金融產品涉及的理論有信息不對稱理論,擔保貸款理論以及金融創(chuàng)新理論。在接下來的第二部分分析了我國農村居民的收入增長情況和農村消費信貸情況,指出農村消費信貸需求遠不能得到滿足,并通過動態(tài)博弈模型分析了消費信貸金融產品供給不能滿足需求的原因,如農村信用環(huán)境不佳,,擔保模式單一,產品種類缺乏等。第三部分對增加金融產品供給的路徑進行了探討,包括改善農村的信用生態(tài)環(huán)境,完善消費信貸的擔保模式,并在此基礎上進行產品種類的創(chuàng)新等。在探討了增加金融產品供給的路徑選擇之后,分析了兩個成功的涉及消費信貸的金融產品,分別是山東壽光的農地抵押貸款和江蘇泗洪的小額信用貸款,并對農地抵押貸款進行了制度經濟學層面的分析。本文最后做了總結,并進行了展望,隨著我國農村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境的改善和相關金融產品的種類增加,我國農村消費信貸市場和城市消費信貸市場最終會實現一體化。 最后本文得出的結論是要滿足我國農村消費信貸需求,必須采取一系列措施增加金融產品供給。農村消費信貸的金融產品供給的路徑是必須打造良好的農村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境,構建良好的信用體系;要進行擔保模式的創(chuàng)新,在法律允許的范圍內讓土地、林地等自由流轉;在此基礎上進行金融產品種類的創(chuàng)新,滿足農戶多元化的消費信貸需要;同時還要改善農村消費信貸金融產品供給的外部環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the gradual increase of peasants' income in our country, the peasants have a stronger willingness of consumption and consumption ability, an important way to achieve this is through the willingness and ability of consumer credit. Consumer credit for the expansion of China's rural consumer market, has an important significance to the construction of new socialist countryside. However, there is a serious market failure in China's rural consumption credit. Farmers have strong willingness of consumer credit, there is a strong demand for consumer credit, while China's current consumer credit supply in rural areas is not optimistic. Data show that the formal financial institutions to the rural areas of consumer credit supply gap of more than 3 trillion yuan. How to increase the supply of rural consumption credit has become a serious to solve the problem.
This paper mainly adopts theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, analysis method of combining qualitative analysis and game theory, integration of theory and practice are discussed. The purpose of this study is through the analysis of current situation of rural consumption credit difficult, to find out the supply of financial products can not be involved in the rural consumer credit meet the demand for consumer credit. Through the analysis of dynamic game model, and points out the way to increase the rural consumer credit supply of financial products.
Based on the relevant theories, introduces the theory of financial products and credit related to the theory. The related theory of credit including consumer credit theory, credit rationing theory and credit theory. Internet financial products involved in the theory of information asymmetry theory, guarantee loan theory and financial innovation theory. The rural residents in China income growth and rural consumer credit situation analysis in the second part, pointed out that the demand of consumer credit in rural areas is far from satisfied, and through the dynamic game model to analyze the consumer credit supply of financial products can not meet the demand of the reasons, such as the rural poor credit environment, guarantee the products lack of single mode, etc. the third part discusses the path to increase the supply of financial products, including the improvement of the ecological environment of the rural credit guarantee mode, perfect consumer credit, and On the basis of the types of products innovation. After the discussion of choice of path to increase the supply of financial products, analysis of the two successful consumer credit relates to financial products, namely Shandong Shouguang and Jiangsu Sihong land mortgage loan micro credit loans, and mortgage loans are analyzed on farmland institutional economics. This paper finally summarized and prospected, along with the increase in the types of financial ecological environment in rural areas and improve the related financial products, China's rural consumer credit market and the city will eventually realize the integration of the consumer credit market.
Finally, the conclusion of this paper is to meet the demand of consumer credit in rural areas of our country, we must adopt a series of measures to increase the supply of financial products. The path of rural consumer credit supply of financial products is to create good rural financial ecological environment, build a good credit system; innovation to guarantee mode, let the land within the limits permitted by law in the free circulation of forest land; on the basis of the innovation of financial products, to meet the diversified needs of farmers consumption credit; and to improve the rural consumer credit supply of financial products in the external environment.
