【摘要】：正一、中國(guó)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資存在的問(wèn)題(一)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資資本總量不足,缺乏合格的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資主體。從整體上看,現(xiàn)有規(guī)模的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資資本還難以滿足市場(chǎng)的需要。目前,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的資金來(lái)源看,除外資投資基金外,絕大部分是由政府或金融機(jī)構(gòu)出資的,私人、民間資本雖然正在迅速增長(zhǎng),但普遍資金量較小,和國(guó)有企業(yè)相比尚顯薄弱。所以,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資基金來(lái)源單一、投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)模小,不能成為承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的主要金融支持和提供長(zhǎng)期的低成本資本支持,只能支持某些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)小、投資少的短期項(xiàng)目,不能反映風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,影響了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的健康運(yùn)作。
[Abstract]:Is there China, risk investment problems (a) the venture capital is insufficient, lack of qualified investors. On the whole, the existing scale of venture capital is still difficult to meet the needs of the market. At present, from the funds source, in addition to foreign investment funds, mostly funded by government or financial institutions, private, private capital is growing rapidly, but generally a small amount of money, and the state-owned enterprises are weak. Therefore, the source of risk investment fund investment risk of single, small scale, can not be the main financial support and provide the risk of low cost capital to support long-term, can only support certain risks a small, short-term project less investment, can not reflect the realistic significance of risk investment, risk investment institutions influence the healthy operation.
