【摘要】：改革開放以來，隨著經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展，我國出口貿(mào)易和利用FDI水平均有了較大程度的提高，作為促進經(jīng)濟增長的兩個重要方面，出口貿(mào)易和利用FDI兩者之間的相互影響不斷加強，，出口商品結構作為衡量出口貿(mào)易質量和發(fā)展水平的重要指標，受FDI的影響也不斷加深。研究FDI對我國出口商品結構的影響，不僅可以了解FDI對出口商品結構影響的機制及對不同類型商品的影響程度，還可以發(fā)現(xiàn)FDI影響出口商品結構過程中存在的問題，并針對這些問題制定對策，從而實現(xiàn)在提高利用FDI水平過程中調(diào)整優(yōu)化我國出口商品結構的目的。 基于FDI對我國出口商品結構影響研究的需要，本文分為六個部分進行寫作：第一部分為引言，說明了研究的背景、意義、創(chuàng)新與不足，并著重從理論研究和實證研究兩個方面對前人在FDI影響出口商品結構方面的研究成果進行了綜述，既為文章的寫作提供了理論基礎，也為研究方向的可行性提供了依據(jù)；第二部分為我國利用FDI及出口商品結構的現(xiàn)狀分析，從不同方面分析了我國利用FDI及出口商品結構的現(xiàn)狀，并為后面實證分析提供了數(shù)據(jù)基礎；第三部分為FDI影響出口商品結構的路徑分析，分別從直接影響和間接影響兩個方面對FDI影響出口商品結構機制進行了分析，了解FDI影響出口商品結構的機制有利于發(fā)現(xiàn)影響過程中存在的問題，并為制定更適用的對策提供指導；第四部分為實證分析，通過建立計量模型，分別衡量了FDI對我國初級產(chǎn)品、工業(yè)制成品、機電產(chǎn)品以及高新技術產(chǎn)品出口的貢獻度，從量的角度證明了FDI對我國出口商品結構調(diào)整優(yōu)化的作用，也為不同產(chǎn)業(yè)不同行業(yè)制定不同的引資政策提供了依據(jù)；第五部分為FDI影響我國出口商品結構過程中存在的問題，著重分析了FDI投向結構、技術溢出效應、對內(nèi)資企業(yè)的擠出和影響產(chǎn)業(yè)安全等方面的問題；第六部分為利用FDI優(yōu)化我國出口商品結構的政策建議，根據(jù)目前我國利用FDI及出口商品結構的現(xiàn)狀、FDI影響出口商品結構的路徑及存在的問題，提出了利用FDI優(yōu)化我國出口商品結構的政策建議，為實現(xiàn)在提高利用FDI水平過程中優(yōu)化出口商品結構指明了方向。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of the economy, China's export trade and use of FDI have been greatly improved, as two important aspects to promote economic growth. The influence of export trade and utilization of FDI is becoming stronger and stronger. The structure of export commodities is an important index to measure the quality and development of export trade. Under the influence of FDI, the study of the influence of FDI on the structure of China's export commodities can not only understand the mechanism of the influence of FDI on the structure of export commodities, but also the degree of influence on different types of commodities. We can also find the problems existing in the process of FDI affecting the structure of export commodities, and make countermeasures against these problems. In order to achieve the purpose of adjusting and optimizing the structure of China's export commodities in the process of improving the level of using FDI. Based on the needs of the research on the impact of FDI on the structure of export commodities in China, this paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, explaining the background, significance, innovation and insufficiency of the research. And from the theoretical research and empirical research on the previous research on the impact of FDI on the structure of export commodities are summarized, which provides a theoretical basis for the writing of the article. It also provides the basis for the feasibility of the research direction. The second part analyzes the current situation of using FDI and export commodity structure in China, analyzes the current situation of using FDI and export commodity structure from different aspects, and provides the data basis for the later empirical analysis. The third part is the path analysis of the influence of FDI on the structure of export commodities. It analyzes the mechanism of FDI influence on the structure of export commodities from two aspects: direct impact and indirect impact. Understanding the mechanism of FDI influencing the structure of export commodities will help to find the problems in the process of influence and provide guidance for the formulation of more suitable countermeasures. Part 4th is an empirical analysis, through the establishment of econometric models, the contribution of FDI to the export of primary products, manufactured products, mechanical and electrical products and high-tech products in China is measured respectively. From the perspective of quantity, this paper proves the effect of FDI on the adjustment and optimization of China's export commodity structure, and provides the basis for different industries and industries to formulate different policies to attract foreign investment. The 5th part is about the problems existing in the process of FDI affecting the structure of China's export commodities, focusing on the analysis of the investment structure of FDI, the spillover effect of technology, the extrusion of domestic enterprises and the impact on industrial safety. The 6th part is the policy suggestion to optimize the export commodity structure of our country by using FDI. According to the current situation of using FDI and the structure of export commodity in our country, the way and the existing problems of the influence of FDI on the export commodity structure are discussed. This paper puts forward the policy suggestions of optimizing the export commodity structure of our country by using FDI, and points out the direction of optimizing the export commodity structure in the process of raising the level of utilizing FDI.
