【摘要】：改革開放30多年來,隨著對(duì)外貿(mào)易的不斷發(fā)展,銀行為國(guó)際貿(mào)易所提供的金融服務(wù)也在不斷地進(jìn)步,從最基礎(chǔ)的結(jié)算與結(jié)售匯業(yè)務(wù)到貸款融資再到結(jié)構(gòu)性的組合產(chǎn)品。商業(yè)銀行所提供的貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)的一大特點(diǎn)是信貸融資與企業(yè)商業(yè)活動(dòng)的直接聯(lián)系,因此在經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)的過程中有著與傳統(tǒng)的流動(dòng)資金貸款區(qū)別化的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)種類。近五年來,隨著人民幣國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程,我國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的結(jié)構(gòu)開始出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)變,貿(mào)易的結(jié)構(gòu)中更多的融合了金融元素,這種變化有著正面的作用但同時(shí)也為商業(yè)銀行的貿(mào)易融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理帶來新的影響因素。本文以C銀行作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行了分析和研究,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際金融與貿(mào)易市場(chǎng)的最新形勢(shì),給出了針對(duì)新環(huán)境下C銀行貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的應(yīng)對(duì)措施與建議。本文主要結(jié)構(gòu)如下:首先,就選題的背景與意義、研究方法、創(chuàng)新與不足進(jìn)行說明,然后對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論與貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究情況進(jìn)行梳理,并整理為文獻(xiàn)綜述;隨后對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因與類別進(jìn)行的歸納,在結(jié)合人民幣國(guó)際化背景下的市場(chǎng)變化對(duì)C銀行貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理情況進(jìn)行了分析。最后針對(duì)C銀行貿(mào)易融資業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的不足之處提出了應(yīng)對(duì)措施與建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, with the continuous development of foreign trade, the financial services provided by banks for international trade are also making continuous progress. From the most basic settlement and foreign exchange settlement business to loan financing to structural portfolio products. A major feature of the trade financing business provided by commercial banks is the direct relationship between credit financing and business activities of enterprises. Therefore, in the process of operating business there are different types of risk from the traditional liquidity loan. In the past five years, with the process of RMB internationalization, the structure of China's foreign trade has begun to change. The structure of trade is more integrated with financial elements. This change has a positive effect but also brings new factors to commercial banks' trade financing risk management. This paper takes C Bank as the research object. This paper analyzes and studies the risk management of international trade finance, and combines the latest situation of domestic and international financial and trade markets. The main structure of this paper is as follows: first of all, the background and significance of the topic, research methods, innovation and shortcomings are explained. Secondly, the research situation of risk management theory of commercial banks and trade financing business risk management is combed out, and summarized as literature review. Then the causes and categories of the risks of international trade financing business are summarized. This paper analyzes the risk management situation of C bank trade financing business in the light of the market changes under the background of RMB internationalization. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures against the deficiency of C bank trade finance business risk management. And suggestions.
