加納KASAPREKO酒業(yè)有限公司外籍員工培訓(xùn)問題研究

加納的Kasapreko有限公司是加納領(lǐng)先且知名的酒精和非酒精飲料生產(chǎn)商之一,該公司擁有約192名來自不同國家的外籍員工,且相當部分擔(dān)任管理職責(zé)。但是,由于文化、語言等原因,文化沖突不可避免,致使外籍員工與本國員工之間工作經(jīng)常發(fā)生沖突,公司也長期面臨外籍人員的低績效問題。本研究旨在指出問題并研究其他相關(guān)變量對員工績效的影響。本研究首先對公司情況與外籍員工工作情況進行了研究,通過研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)外籍員工績效不高的主要原因主要是語言不同與文化沖突的存在,而公司方面對員工跨文化培訓(xùn)方面存在不足。因此,本文選擇語言培訓(xùn),跨文化培訓(xùn)和崗前培訓(xùn)這三個變量對外籍員工績效的影響展開研究,并對相關(guān)的研究和理論進行了綜述。研究采用定量與定性相結(jié)合分析方法。通過訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法,分析外籍員工低績效問題,調(diào)查問卷面向公司全體外國雇員分發(fā)了192份調(diào)查問卷,并且全部收回,進行了記錄以及分析。進行了描述性分析,并檢驗數(shù)據(jù)特征,計算平均標準差和相關(guān)性檢驗,做了回歸分析,研究相關(guān)變量對員工績效的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,語言培訓(xùn),跨文化培訓(xùn)和崗前培訓(xùn)三個方面都對加納外籍員工的績效產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。外籍員工的高水平績效...
