【摘要】：鋼鐵行業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與稅收產(chǎn)生巨大的影響,其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r直接關(guān)系區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)總量、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、地方財(cái)力等多層面。經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下,針對(duì)鋼鐵行業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)鋼鐵產(chǎn)能增長(zhǎng)過(guò)快、產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度低、環(huán)境污染大等突出問(wèn)題,國(guó)家連續(xù)出臺(tái)了優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、淘汰壓縮落后產(chǎn)能、治理環(huán)境污染等調(diào)控政策。從經(jīng)濟(jì)和稅收角度,分析山東省日照市鋼鐵行業(yè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與稅收的貢獻(xiàn)和調(diào)整發(fā)展中的制約因素,提出促進(jìn)行業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry has a great influence on the regional economy and tax revenue, and its development is directly related to the total regional economy, industrial structure, local financial resources and so on. Under the new normal of economy, in view of the outstanding problems such as the rapid growth of iron and steel production capacity, the low degree of industrial concentration and the great environmental pollution in the process of the development of iron and steel industry, the state has continuously issued regulation and control policies such as optimizing the industrial structure, eliminating and reducing backward production capacity, and controlling environmental pollution. From the point of view of economy and tax, this paper analyzes the contribution of steel industry to regional economy and tax revenue in Rizhao City, Shandong Province and the restrictive factors in the adjustment and development, and puts forward some relevant suggestions for promoting the development of the industry.
