【摘要】：分析了汽車零部件供應(yīng)商的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢,提出了基于汽車零部件企業(yè)的權(quán)重分析法,闡述了該方法的基本原理和實(shí)際應(yīng)用�；趯＜医�(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷,建立供應(yīng)商評價(jià)體系并計(jì)算合成權(quán)重因數(shù),最終構(gòu)建評價(jià)模型。案例分析表明:采用合成權(quán)重分析法,能夠客觀、科學(xué)、有效地進(jìn)行汽車零部件供應(yīng)商評定,從而選出最優(yōu)的供應(yīng)商。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics and advantages of auto parts supplier, and puts forward the weight analysis method based on auto parts enterprise, and expounds the basic principle and practical application of the method. Based on the expert experience judgment, the supplier evaluation system is established and the synthetic weight factor is calculated, and the evaluation model is finally constructed. The case analysis shows that by using the synthetic weight analysis method, the supplier of auto parts can be evaluated objectively and scientifically, and the optimal supplier can be selected.
