【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展使得人們的生活得以改善,醫(yī)療水平和醫(yī)療設(shè)備的配置也在不斷的提升。醫(yī)療設(shè)備在醫(yī)院的診斷和治療過程中起著舉足輕重的作用,醫(yī)療設(shè)備的運行狀態(tài)直接影響著診治效果,醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修也越來越重要。隨著信息化技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,作為醫(yī)院設(shè)備維修主體的醫(yī)療設(shè)備生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在信息化時代如何提高設(shè)備維修效率、增強產(chǎn)品市場認(rèn)可度和美譽度呢?本文首先分析了國內(nèi)外醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展動態(tài),采用文獻閱讀、問卷調(diào)查和實地訪問等方式,分析信息化時代設(shè)備維修效率的主要影響因素。然后以新瑞公司為研究對象,根據(jù)現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)設(shè)備管理、設(shè)備維修、設(shè)備維修效率的相關(guān)原理、方法和該公司實際運營模式,從管理組織、控制、創(chuàng)新的方面,分析當(dāng)前新瑞公司在醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修效率方面存在的問題。提出有利于改進和提高新瑞公司系列產(chǎn)品在市場上售后服務(wù)的對策或措施,構(gòu)建適合信息化時代要求的新瑞公司的醫(yī)療設(shè)備維修效率管理模式,增強公司市場競爭能力,提高該公司的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, people's lives can be improved, and the medical level and the configuration of medical equipment are also improving. Medical equipment plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of hospitals. The operation state of medical equipment directly affects the diagnosis and treatment effect, and the maintenance of medical equipment is becoming more and more important. With the rapid development of information technology, how can medical equipment production enterprises, as the main body of hospital equipment maintenance, improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and enhance the market recognition and reputation of products in the information age? This paper first analyzes the present situation and development trend of medical equipment maintenance industry at home and abroad, and analyzes the main influencing factors of equipment maintenance efficiency in the information age by means of literature reading, questionnaire survey and field visit. Then, taking Xinrui Company as the research object, according to the related principles and methods of modern management equipment management, equipment maintenance efficiency and the actual operation mode of the company, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the maintenance efficiency of medical equipment in Xinrui Company from the aspects of management organization, control and innovation. This paper puts forward some countermeasures or measures for improving and improving the after-sales service of Xinrui's series of products in the market, constructs the management mode of medical equipment maintenance efficiency suitable for the requirements of the information age, enhances the market competitiveness of the company, and improves the social and economic benefits of the company.
