六西格瑪理論在中國海油工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:海洋石油工程設(shè)計(jì)公司(英文為“China offshore oil engineering design company”,縮寫為COOEDC,論文中簡稱“設(shè)計(jì)公司”)是中國海洋石油系統(tǒng)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)海上采油平臺(tái)的骨干企業(yè),在中國海洋石油工程設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)中,設(shè)計(jì)公司是承接設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目最多、項(xiàng)目管理水平最高的企業(yè)。本論文以設(shè)計(jì)公司為背景,研究分析六西格瑪理論在海油工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用情況。在中國海洋石油行業(yè)向國際市場進(jìn)軍的新環(huán)境下,質(zhì)量是市場競爭的核心。全面質(zhì)量管理是設(shè)計(jì)公司當(dāng)前主要的質(zhì)量管理方法,但該方法已經(jīng)無法滿足國際市場對其設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的要求。為了突破質(zhì)量瓶頸,提高項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量,本文引入了六西格瑪理論。首先,本文通過閱覽大量文獻(xiàn),了解了六西格瑪理論在國內(nèi)外的研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出了中國海油工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用六西格瑪理論必須具備的條件和注意事項(xiàng)。同時(shí),本文分別對設(shè)計(jì)公司運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀、設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀和影響設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量因素進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)出了影響設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵問題。其次,在上述分析結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步分析了六西格瑪理論在海油工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中的可行性。本文分析了六西格瑪理論的基本應(yīng)用條件;對設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目特征與成功應(yīng)用六西格瑪理論企業(yè)的特征進(jìn)行了對比分析;基于六西格瑪理論基本條件,詳細(xì)分析了六西格瑪理論在設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中的適應(yīng)性;對組織機(jī)構(gòu)、人才需求和企業(yè)文化等可能影響六西格瑪理論應(yīng)用的因素進(jìn)行了分析;對六西格瑪理論分析工具在設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中的適用性進(jìn)行了分析;最后本文研究了六西格瑪理論在設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中的推行模式,最終分析得到了設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用六西格瑪理論的實(shí)施方案,為在K項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐六西格瑪理論做好了充足準(zhǔn)備。最后,本文通過K項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)證了六西格瑪理論在設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用的可行性。根據(jù)上文給出的六西格瑪理論推行模式和實(shí)施方案,在六西格瑪DMAIC改進(jìn)模型的指導(dǎo)下,K項(xiàng)目提出了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量整改目標(biāo),界定了整改方向,提出了整改方案,最終完成了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量整改目標(biāo),通過對整改結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析和討論,總結(jié)了設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用六西格瑪理論的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Offshore Petroleum Engineering Design Company ("China offshore oil engineering design company", abbreviated as "Design Company" in COOEDC, paper) is the backbone enterprise for designing offshore oil production platform in China's offshore oil system. In China's offshore oil engineering design industry, the design company is the enterprise with the most design projects and the highest level of project management. Based on the background of design company, this paper studies and analyzes the application of six Sigma theory in CNOOC engineering design project. In the new environment of Chinese offshore oil industry entering the international market, quality is the core of market competition. Total quality management (TQM) is the main quality management method of design company at present, but this method can not meet the requirements of international market for the quality of its design project. In order to break through the bottleneck of quality and improve the quality of the project, six Sigma theory is introduced in this paper. First of all, through reading a large number of literature, this paper understands the research and application status of six Sigma theory at home and abroad, and summarizes the necessary conditions and matters needing attention in the application of six Sigma theory in the design project of CNOOC. At the same time, this paper analyzes the operation status of the design company, the current situation of the design project and the key quality factors of the design project, and summarizes the key problems that affect the quality of the design project. Secondly, on the basis of the above analysis results, the feasibility of six Sigma theory in CNOOC design project is further analyzed. In this paper, the basic application conditions of six Sigma theory are analyzed, the characteristics of design project and the characteristics of successful application of six Sigma theory enterprise are compared and analyzed; based on the basic conditions of six Sigma theory, the adaptability of six Sigma theory in design project is analyzed in detail, and the factors that may affect the application of six Sigma theory, such as organization, talent demand and corporate culture, are analyzed. The applicability of six Sigma theory analysis tool in design project is analyzed. Finally, this paper studies the implementation mode of six Sigma theory in design project, and finally obtains the implementation scheme of applying six Sigma theory in design project, which makes sufficient preparations for the practice of six Sigma theory in K project. Finally, the feasibility of the application of six Sigma theory in design project is verified by K project. According to the implementation mode and implementation scheme of six Sigma theory given above, under the guidance of six Sigma DMAIC improved model, Project K puts forward the goal of project quality rectification and reform, defines the direction of rectification and reform, puts forward the rectification scheme, and finally completes the goal of project quality rectification and reform. Through the analysis and discussion of the rectification and reform results, the valuable experience of applying six Sigma theory to the design project is summarized.
