【摘要】：企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任管理是近十來(lái)年得到廣泛應(yīng)用的一種管理模式,它是植根于企業(yè),在企業(yè)、社會(huì)的管理應(yīng)用中產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。從1924年美國(guó)學(xué)者Oliver Sheldon正式提出了“企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任”起,到1997年SAI制訂全球首個(gè)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任標(biāo)準(zhǔn),直到2010年ISO組織發(fā)布ISO26000社會(huì)責(zé)任指南,全球企業(yè)在這漫長(zhǎng)的年月里,一直進(jìn)行CSR管理的探索。對(duì)于CSR管理,在西方國(guó)家這個(gè)的管理一直處理領(lǐng)先水平,我國(guó)卻一直處于跟隨狀態(tài)。當(dāng)西方國(guó)家將CSR管理構(gòu)建成綠色貿(mào)易壁壘后,我國(guó)企業(yè)才發(fā)現(xiàn)CSR管理已影響到他們的生存,于是有的匆忙應(yīng)對(duì),有的進(jìn)行或明或暗的抵觸,造成了很大的負(fù)面影響,甚至有不少企業(yè)被外國(guó)同行冠名為“血汗工廠”。由于H制造工廠在CSR管理方面均與企業(yè)界一致,但針對(duì)其突出的管理問(wèn)題要素,本論文通過(guò)選工作時(shí)間、安全生產(chǎn)、外來(lái)施工安全管理等三方面H制造工廠在企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任管理中出現(xiàn)突出問(wèn)題,有針對(duì)性地對(duì)這三個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,即以H制造工廠在推行實(shí)施CSR管理中關(guān)于工作時(shí)間、安全生產(chǎn)、外來(lái)施工安全管理等CSR管理要素在工作過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題,首先從國(guó)際現(xiàn)在使用的CSR標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/行為準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行入手,學(xué)習(xí)了解企業(yè)界對(duì)CSR管理的要求;接著對(duì)H制造工廠的組織架構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,找出該工廠目前對(duì)CSR管理存在的問(wèn)題,再通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)H制造工廠CSR問(wèn)題的調(diào)研問(wèn)卷,結(jié)合員工訪(fǎng)談、實(shí)證結(jié)果分析等相關(guān)方法,分析出該工廠在CSR日常管理中出現(xiàn)上述三個(gè)問(wèn)題的原因,制訂出改善措施。最后,針對(duì)實(shí)證分析結(jié)果中就員工、管理者反饋關(guān)于CSR體系沒(méi)有得到良好構(gòu)建的共性問(wèn)題制訂出針對(duì)工廠CSR體系如何進(jìn)行日常管理、構(gòu)建CSR組織、內(nèi)部CSR內(nèi)部審核,以及通過(guò)客戶(hù)CSR審核、獨(dú)立方CSR審核來(lái)提升工廠的CSR管理,達(dá)到整體指導(dǎo)提升工廠CSR管理的目的,助推H制造工廠CSR戰(zhàn)略的落地實(shí)施,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,也為電信企業(yè)界在提升工廠的CSR管理提供一種方案參考。
[Abstract]:Corporate social responsibility management is a kind of management mode which has been widely used in recent ten years. It is rooted in enterprises and has a profound impact on the management application of enterprises and society. From 1924 American scholar Oliver Sheldon formally put forward "corporate social responsibility", to 1997 SAI formulated the world's first corporate social responsibility standard, until 2010 ISO organization issued ISO26000 social responsibility guide, the global enterprise in this long year, The exploration of CSR management has been carried out all the time. For CSR management, the management in western countries has been dealing with the leading level, but our country has been in a follow-up state. When CSR management was built into a green trade barrier in western countries, Chinese enterprises found that CSR management had affected their survival, so some rushed to deal with it, some of them had a clear or dark conflict, resulting in a great negative impact. There are even many enterprises named sweatshops by foreign counterparts. Because the H manufacturing plant is consistent with the business community in CSR management, but in view of its outstanding management problems, this paper selects working hours and safety in production. There are three outstanding problems in corporate social responsibility management in three aspects, such as foreign construction safety management. This paper analyzes these three problems, that is, the working hours of H manufacturing plants in the implementation of CSR management. The problems encountered in the working process of CSR management elements, such as safety production and foreign construction safety management, first of all, starting with the CSR standards / codes of conduct currently used in the world, we can learn and understand the requirements of the business community for CSR management. Then it analyzes the organizational structure of H manufacturing plant, finds out the existing problems of CSR management in the factory, and then designs a questionnaire for the CSR problem of H manufacturing plant, combined with employee interviews, empirical results analysis and other related methods. The causes of the above three problems in the daily management of CSR are analyzed, and the improvement measures are worked out. Finally, in view of the results of empirical analysis, on the common problem that the CSR system has not been well constructed, this paper formulates how to carry out the daily management of the factory CSR system, how to construct the CSR organization, and the internal CSR internal audit. And through customer CSR audit, independent CSR audit to improve the CSR management of the factory, to achieve the overall guidance to enhance the purpose of factory CSR management, to promote the implementation of the CSR strategy of H manufacturing plant, which has practical guiding significance. It also provides a scheme reference for telecom enterprises to improve the CSR management of factories.
