【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建高新技術(shù)改造提升傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的評價指標(biāo)體系,運用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法和數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法,對河南省2006-2012年的化工、有色、鋼鐵和紡織4個傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)進行實證分析。研究結(jié)果表明,高新技術(shù)投入與其應(yīng)用效果關(guān)聯(lián)度最高,信息化程度與生態(tài)環(huán)境改善關(guān)聯(lián)度最高;用高新技術(shù)改造提升傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的效果明顯,尤其是技術(shù)進步在改造提升不同傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)方面發(fā)揮著重要作用,但高新技術(shù)改造提升傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的效果存在差異。因此,河南省要進一步提升高新技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的效果,一方面應(yīng)加大對傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入,另一方面要制定有利于傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)改造提升的優(yōu)惠政策。
[Abstract]:By constructing the evaluation index system of high and new technology transformation and upgrading traditional industry, this paper makes an empirical analysis on four traditional industries of chemical industry, colored steel and textile in Henan Province from 2006 to 2012 by using grey relational analysis and data envelopment analysis. The results show that the correlation between high and new technology investment and its application effect is the highest, and the degree of informatization is the highest with the improvement of ecological environment. The effect of upgrading traditional industries with high and new technology is obvious, especially technological progress plays an important role in the transformation and promotion of different traditional industries, but there are differences in the effect of high and new technology transformation and promotion of traditional industries. Therefore, in order to further enhance the effect of high-tech transformation of traditional industries in Henan Province, on the one hand, we should increase the investment in traditional industries, on the other hand, we should formulate preferential policies conducive to the transformation and promotion of traditional industries.
