【摘要】：企業(yè)流程再造理論從最初的理論提出至今，歷時20多年，在此時間段內(nèi)，各國的管理學家在最初的流程再造理論基礎上，進行了不斷地完善和提高。并且把流程再造理論應用到了各行各業(yè)上，形成了一些列的流程再造模式。并且在不同國家對于流程再造的理解也各有不同。隨著企業(yè)流程再造理論進入中國，越來越多的企業(yè)在仿效國外的一些成功經(jīng)驗進行流程再造，并且或多或少取得了一些成績，并認為取得了流程再造的成功。但是大多數(shù)的企業(yè)并不清楚流程再造與改善的區(qū)別之處，并且不清楚流程再造的具體步驟應該如何實施，只是屬于模仿應用一些國外的先進技術，如ERP、MRP，目視化管理等，卻認為是在進行流程再造，而本身只是在原有流程作業(yè)上附加了一些工具。 本文通過對企業(yè)流程的理論、方法、步驟、案例、數(shù)據(jù)等各方面的研究，深入調(diào)研W企業(yè)的企業(yè)性質(zhì)、部門職責、樣件加工流程等問題。從理論層面，詳細的分析W企業(yè)樣件加工流程存在的問題，，提出樣件流程再造的理念，并且列出流程再造的必要性和步驟；同時在技術層面，對W企業(yè)樣件加工流程進行再造，并且輔以信息化技術，使W企業(yè)在樣件加工流程中，真正實現(xiàn)質(zhì)的飛躍，以達到降低成本，縮短項目周期，提升競爭力的目的，并且希望通過此文章能夠?qū)ν再|(zhì)企業(yè)的流程再造模式上，能夠提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The theory of business process reengineering (BPR) has been put forward for more than 20 years since the original theory. During this period, management scientists from all over the world have continuously improved and improved on the basis of the initial theory of BPR. And the theory of process reengineering is applied to all kinds of industries, and some series of process reengineering models are formed. And in different countries, the understanding of process reengineering is also different. With the entry of business process reengineering theory into China, more and more enterprises are imitating some successful experiences of foreign countries to carry out process reengineering, and more or less have made some achievements, and think that they have achieved the success of process reengineering. However, most enterprises do not know the difference between process reengineering and improvement, and do not know how the specific steps of process reengineering should be implemented, only to imitate the application of some foreign advanced technologies, such as ERP,MRP, visual management, and so on. However, it is thought that it is carrying out process reengineering, and itself only appends some tools to the original process work. In this paper, the theory, method, steps, cases, data and other aspects of enterprise process are studied, and the enterprise nature, department responsibility and sample processing flow of W enterprise are deeply investigated. From the theoretical level, the problems existing in the sample processing process of W enterprise are analyzed in detail, the concept of sample process reengineering is put forward, and the necessity and steps of process reengineering are listed. At the same time, at the technical level, the sample processing process of W enterprise is rebuilt, supplemented by information technology, so that W enterprise can really achieve a qualitative leap in the sample processing process, in order to reduce the cost and shorten the project cycle. The purpose of enhancing competitiveness, and hope that through this article can provide reference for the process reengineering model of the same nature of enterprises.
