【摘要】：本文采用簡(jiǎn)單模型從理論上考察環(huán)境規(guī)制影響企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入的微觀機(jī)制并推導(dǎo)出兩個(gè)檢驗(yàn)假設(shè),利用中國(guó)30個(gè)省大中型工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)兩個(gè)假設(shè)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入總體上隨著環(huán)境規(guī)制干預(yù)的增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)生不利影響,環(huán)境規(guī)制的空間溢出對(duì)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移較少的企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入有較大的消極影響。綜合來看,環(huán)境規(guī)制對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入的總影響顯著為負(fù),這一實(shí)證發(fā)現(xiàn)與理論推斷基本上是一致的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the simple model is used to investigate the microscopic mechanism of environmental regulation affecting the investment of technological innovation in enterprises theoretically, and two test hypotheses are derived, and the two hypotheses are empirically tested by using the data of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in 30 provinces of China. The empirical results show that the investment of technological innovation has a negative impact on the investment of technological innovation of enterprises with less technology transfer, and the spatial spillover of environmental regulation has a great negative impact on the investment of technological innovation of enterprises with less technology transfer. Taken together, the total impact of environmental regulation on the investment of technological innovation is significantly negative, which is basically consistent with the theoretical inference.
