【摘要】：軟包裝行業(yè)是一個正在快速增長的行業(yè),并隨著國民經(jīng)濟的增長而不斷擴大。聚氨酯粘合劑正是目前軟包裝行業(yè)所采用的粘合劑,聚氨酯粘合劑具有良好的特性和較高的自動化程度,市場需求十分旺盛。此外,隨著近幾年我國制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝的不斷改進和環(huán)保要求的日益提高,高性能的環(huán)境友好型粘合劑市場的市場前景正在逐年擴大。本文依據(jù)可行性研究的相關理論和方法,闡述了廣東國望公司提出的聚氨酯粘合劑改擴建建設項目整體的設計原則、設計標準,提出了項目產(chǎn)品方案、產(chǎn)品工藝和建設規(guī)模,對建廠條件、原材料供應和儲運工藝進行了分析,制定了合理的工藝方案和設備,對項目建構(gòu)物的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)形式、總平面布局、給排水方案、電氣自控方案、防雷方案、防靜電方案、消防方案、節(jié)能措施、環(huán)保治理措施、勞動安全衛(wèi)生措施進行了論述,對本項目的實施條件、項目選址、能源供應、交通運輸、環(huán)境保護、消防設施、勞動安全衛(wèi)生等進行了可行性研究,選定了組織形式與勞動定員和項目實施進度。最后進行項目總投資、成本估算及經(jīng)濟效益評價,得出該項目整體效益理想,有較強的抗風險能力,各項指標都優(yōu)于行業(yè)指標,財務評價項目可行。綜合上述分析,該項目社會經(jīng)濟效益明顯,因此是可行的。
[Abstract]:Flexible packaging industry is a fast-growing industry, and with the growth of the national economy and expanding. Polyurethane adhesive is the adhesive used in soft packaging industry at present. Polyurethane adhesive has good characteristics and high degree of automation, and the market demand is very strong. In addition, with the continuous improvement of manufacturing technology and environmental protection requirements in China in recent years, the market prospect of high-performance environmentally friendly adhesive market is expanding year by year. Based on the theory and method of feasibility study, this paper expounds the overall design principles and design standards of polyurethane adhesive reconstruction and expansion project put forward by Guangdong Guowang Company, and puts forward the project product scheme, product technology and construction scale. The construction conditions, raw material supply and storage and transportation technology are analyzed, reasonable process plan and equipment are worked out, building structure form, general plan layout, water supply and drainage scheme, electrical self-control scheme, lightning protection plan for the project construction are made, and the construction structure, general layout, water supply and drainage scheme, electrical self-control scheme and lightning protection scheme are made. The antistatic scheme, fire protection scheme, energy saving measures, environmental protection measures, labor safety and hygiene measures are discussed. The implementation conditions of the project, project location, energy supply, transportation, environmental protection, fire protection facilities, and so on, are discussed. The feasibility study of labor safety and health was carried out, and the organization form and the implementation schedule of the project were selected. Finally, the total investment, cost estimation and economic benefit evaluation of the project are carried out. It is concluded that the overall benefit of the project is ideal, and there is a strong ability to resist risks. All the indexes are superior to the industry indexes, and the financial evaluation project is feasible. Based on the above analysis, the social and economic benefits of the project are obvious, so it is feasible.
