【摘要】：新中國成立60年特別是改革開放30年以來，，沈陽裝備制造業(yè)取得了令人矚目的成就，形成了門類齊全、具有相當規(guī)模和技術(shù)水平的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系，經(jīng)濟總量已躍居國內(nèi)前列，已成為推動我們經(jīng)濟增長的重要力量。沈陽是國家“一五”、“二五”時期建立的全國重工業(yè)基地，被譽為中國的“工業(yè)裝備部”，曾誕生過數(shù)十個共和國第一，在共和國全面建設(shè)的偉大歷史進程中肩負著重要的使命，具有不可替代的重要地位。作為中國最早建立的工業(yè)基地之一，沈陽經(jīng)過多年的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，目前已經(jīng)形成了門類齊全的裝備制造業(yè)工業(yè)體系。 從中央實施振興東北戰(zhàn)略以來，沈陽市委、市政府一直將裝備制造業(yè)作為振興老工業(yè)基地的重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)來抓，使沈陽裝備制造業(yè)成為沈陽的經(jīng)濟脊梁，其發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出良好的態(tài)勢：經(jīng)濟總量快速提升，增長質(zhì)量不斷提高；重大技術(shù)裝備的制造能力不斷增強；建立了以企業(yè)為主的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系；企業(yè)兼并重組步伐加快；形成了若干個具有特色的裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)群。因此，研究和分析沈陽市裝備制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級路徑，為發(fā)展沈陽裝備制造業(yè)具有深遠意義。 本文對國內(nèi)外裝備制造業(yè)取得的成就,目前存在的問題及發(fā)展趨勢進行了分析，研究了當前國內(nèi)外裝備制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的路徑，并提出了沈陽市裝備制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級路徑的選擇及實施方法。全文共分七個部分，其中：第一部分為導(dǎo)論，介紹本文的研究背景及意義、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法。第二部分分別介紹國內(nèi)外裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第三部分分析了當前國內(nèi)外裝備制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級路徑。第四部分主要分析沈陽市裝備制造業(yè)現(xiàn)狀。第五部分為沈陽裝備制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的路徑選擇。第六部分是轉(zhuǎn)型升級路徑的實施。第七部分為結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China 60 years ago, especially since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, Shenyang's equipment manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements, formed a complete range of industrial systems with considerable scale and technical level, and the total economic volume has leapt to the forefront of the country. Has become an important driver of our economic growth. Shenyang is the national heavy industrial base established during the first five-year Plan and the second five-year Plan period. It is known as the "Ministry of Industrial equipment" of China, and it was once the first of dozens of republics. In the great historical process of the all-round construction of the Republic, it bears an important mission and has an irreplaceable important position. As one of the earliest industrial bases in China, Shenyang has formed a complete industrial system of equipment manufacturing industry after many years of construction and development. Since the central government implemented the strategy of revitalizing the northeast, the Shenyang Municipal Committee and the municipal government have always taken the equipment manufacturing industry as a major strategic task to revitalize the old industrial base, and made Shenyang's equipment manufacturing industry the backbone of Shenyang's economy. Its development presents a good situation: the total economic volume is rapidly promoted, and the quality of growth is constantly improving; The manufacturing capacity of major technical equipment has been continuously enhanced; the technological innovation system dominated by enterprises has been established; the pace of merger and reorganization of enterprises has been quickened; and several characteristic industrial clusters of equipment manufacturing have been formed. Therefore, the research and analysis of Shenyang equipment manufacturing transformation and upgrading path, for the development of Shenyang equipment manufacturing industry has far-reaching significance. This paper analyzes the achievements, existing problems and development trends of the equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad, and studies the path of transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad. And put forward Shenyang equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading path selection and implementation method. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is introduction, which introduces the research background and significance, research contents and research methods. The second part introduces the development of equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad. The third part analyzes the current domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading path. The fourth part mainly analyzes the present situation of Shenyang equipment manufacturing industry. The fifth part is the path choice of Shenyang equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading. The sixth part is the implementation of the transformation and upgrade path. The seventh part is conclusion.
