SIASUN公司員工培訓(xùn)體系的重構(gòu)研究
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the focus of enterprise competition has shifted from capital, technology and other traditional resources to the competition with human resources as the core. Human capital has replaced material capital and become one of the leading factors in the operation of enterprises. For the development of human resources, training is undoubtedly the most direct and effective way. For high-tech enterprises with knowledge-intensive, rapid growth and highly innovative, the significance of employee training is more important. Self-cultivation and training is an important way for the growth of enterprise's core talents, and it is also the need and inevitable choice for the development of enterprises. The establishment and perfection of training system has become one of the key tasks in human resource management of high-tech enterprises. SIASUN is a high-tech enterprise with robot and automation technology as its core and dedicated to digital intelligent high-end equipment. SIASUN is the largest robot listed company with the most brand product line in China. SIASUN has always been guided by the tenet of "attracting high-end talents and continuously enhancing innovation ability", and regards talents as the first resource of the enterprise. How to get high-quality employees through employee training, and how to make employees get more development space through perfect training system, finally realize the strategic goal of talent development of SIASUN Company, and establish the talent advantage of the company in the field of high and new technology. At present, SIASUN company must focus on and study the problem. Based on the particularity of high-tech enterprises, this paper explores some train of thought about the construction of employee training system, and takes SIASUN Company as the research object, in this field which has higher requirements for employee training. With the combination of theory and practice, on the basis of investigation and analysis of the problems, this paper puts forward a rational design scheme for the reconstruction of the staff training system of SIASUN Company, and constructs a multi-level that can satisfy the development of SIASUN Company and its employees. A comprehensive training system. Through the research, I also hope to provide beneficial support and reference for the improvement of the staff training system in domestic high-tech enterprises, so that more and more domestic high-tech enterprises can pay more and more attention to staff training. Committed to the continuous improvement of enterprise staff training system construction.
