我國新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:文章基于中國30個(gè)省(市、區(qū))2003~2011年數(shù)據(jù)采用投入導(dǎo)向的規(guī)模報(bào)酬不變的Malmquist-DEA生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)對(duì)中國30個(gè)省(市、區(qū))新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)效率進(jìn)行測(cè)度,結(jié)果顯示:2004~2011年期間我國各省(市、區(qū))新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展效率不斷提高,新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集程度較高的東部地區(qū)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展效率指數(shù)較低,新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集度較低的西部地區(qū),其新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展效率指數(shù)反而較高,表明我國新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的規(guī)模效應(yīng)不明顯。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 30 provinces (cities and districts) in China from 2003 to 2011, this paper measures the efficiency of new energy industry in 30 provinces (cities and regions) of China by using the input-oriented Malmquist-DEA productivity index with constant returns to scale. The results show that during 2004-2011, the development efficiency of new energy industry in every province (city, district) of our country is continuously improved, and the development efficiency index of new energy industry in the eastern region with higher concentration of new energy industry is lower. The development efficiency index of the new energy industry in the western region with low concentration of new energy industry is higher, indicating that the scale effect in the development of the new energy industry in China is not obvious.

[Abstract]:Based on the data of 30 provinces (cities and districts) in China from 2003 to 2011, this paper measures the efficiency of new energy industry in 30 provinces (cities and regions) of China by using the input-oriented Malmquist-DEA productivity index with constant returns to scale.
