汽車行業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略化與項(xiàng)目管理研究

【摘要】:戰(zhàn)略化項(xiàng)目管理是由企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理和企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理整合后產(chǎn)生的一個(gè)新的概念,是綜合了項(xiàng)目管理和戰(zhàn)略管理的優(yōu)勢(shì)而衍生出的一種全新的管理方式,它在企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理意義上,提出了當(dāng)企業(yè)面臨資源有限的以及眾多限制的情況下最好的經(jīng)營(yíng)方法以及管理方式。利用先進(jìn)的戰(zhàn)略化項(xiàng)目管理的知識(shí),能夠確保企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理目標(biāo)的最終實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略化經(jīng)營(yíng)。本文采用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的研究方法,以以往的戰(zhàn)略管理和項(xiàng)目管理的理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合當(dāng)今時(shí)代下的國(guó)內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)輔以大眾汽車公司為實(shí)例來(lái)闡明戰(zhàn)略化項(xiàng)目管理在汽車行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,既是項(xiàng)目管理理論的完善和發(fā)展,也是戰(zhàn)略化項(xiàng)目管理在實(shí)際應(yīng)用范圍中的拓寬和豐富,在理論、實(shí)踐方面都意義重大。首先對(duì)當(dāng)下已經(jīng)較完善的項(xiàng)目管理的基本理論體系進(jìn)行了回顧;闡述了戰(zhàn)略管理和項(xiàng)目管理的內(nèi)涵及特點(diǎn);具體介紹了戰(zhàn)略管理和項(xiàng)目管理的整合方法和過(guò)程,清晰的總結(jié)了整合后的戰(zhàn)略化項(xiàng)目管理具有的兩大優(yōu)勢(shì):通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略管理對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行科學(xué)選擇和指導(dǎo);通過(guò)先進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理方法和技術(shù)完成企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。在對(duì)大眾汽車公司的研究案例分析后又將目光轉(zhuǎn)移到我國(guó)汽車企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略化項(xiàng)目管理上,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)情和行情的分析,本文對(duì)我國(guó)汽車企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略化項(xiàng)目管理提出了一些合理化建議。文章對(duì)戰(zhàn)略化的項(xiàng)目管理理論在大眾汽車公司中的應(yīng)用背景進(jìn)行了介紹;利用SWOT分析法對(duì)大眾汽車集團(tuán)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)剖析;而后介紹了大眾集團(tuán)正在實(shí)施的戰(zhàn)略化項(xiàng)目管理,分別從宏觀的運(yùn)營(yíng)思路和微觀的具體運(yùn)營(yíng)做法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述,對(duì)其仍然存在的問(wèn)題也采用戰(zhàn)略化的項(xiàng)目管理方式進(jìn)行分析優(yōu)化。最終,對(duì)論述內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:Strategic project management is a new concept resulting from the integration of enterprise strategic management and enterprise project management. It is a new management mode derived from the integration of the advantages of project management and strategic management. In the sense of strategic management, it puts forward the best management method and management mode when the enterprise is faced with limited resources and many restrictions. The use of advanced strategic project management knowledge can ensure the ultimate realization of business operation and management objectives, and realize the strategic management of enterprises. Based on the theory of strategic management and the theory of project management, this paper adopts the research method of combining theory with practice, and combines the current situation at home and abroad in the present era. At the same time, taking Volkswagen as an example to illustrate the application of strategic project management in automobile industry, it is not only the perfection and development of project management theory, but also the widening and enriching of strategic project management in practical application, in theory. All aspects of practice are of great significance. Firstly, the basic theory system of project management is reviewed, and the connotation and characteristics of strategic management and project management are expounded. The integration method and process of strategic management and project management are introduced in detail, and the two advantages of integrated strategic project management are summarized clearly: scientific selection and guidance of project through strategic management; Through advanced project management methods and technology to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise. After analyzing the case study of Volkswagen Company, we will turn our attention to the management of strategic projects for the development of automobile enterprises in China, and through the analysis of the national conditions and market conditions, This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of strategic project management of automobile enterprises in China. This paper introduces the application background of the strategic project management theory in Volkswagen Company, analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and opportunities of Volkswagen Group in the competition by using SWOT analysis method, and makes a systematic analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and opportunities of Volkswagen Group in the competition. Then it introduces the strategic project management being carried out by Volkswagen Group, and discusses in detail from the macro operation ideas and micro-specific operation practices. The existing problems are also analyzed and optimized by the strategic project management method. Finally, the content of the discussion is summarized and prospected.
