汽車行業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略化與項(xiàng)目管理研究
[Abstract]:Strategic project management is a new concept resulting from the integration of enterprise strategic management and enterprise project management. It is a new management mode derived from the integration of the advantages of project management and strategic management. In the sense of strategic management, it puts forward the best management method and management mode when the enterprise is faced with limited resources and many restrictions. The use of advanced strategic project management knowledge can ensure the ultimate realization of business operation and management objectives, and realize the strategic management of enterprises. Based on the theory of strategic management and the theory of project management, this paper adopts the research method of combining theory with practice, and combines the current situation at home and abroad in the present era. At the same time, taking Volkswagen as an example to illustrate the application of strategic project management in automobile industry, it is not only the perfection and development of project management theory, but also the widening and enriching of strategic project management in practical application, in theory. All aspects of practice are of great significance. Firstly, the basic theory system of project management is reviewed, and the connotation and characteristics of strategic management and project management are expounded. The integration method and process of strategic management and project management are introduced in detail, and the two advantages of integrated strategic project management are summarized clearly: scientific selection and guidance of project through strategic management; Through advanced project management methods and technology to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise. After analyzing the case study of Volkswagen Company, we will turn our attention to the management of strategic projects for the development of automobile enterprises in China, and through the analysis of the national conditions and market conditions, This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of strategic project management of automobile enterprises in China. This paper introduces the application background of the strategic project management theory in Volkswagen Company, analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and opportunities of Volkswagen Group in the competition by using SWOT analysis method, and makes a systematic analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, challenges and opportunities of Volkswagen Group in the competition. Then it introduces the strategic project management being carried out by Volkswagen Group, and discusses in detail from the macro operation ideas and micro-specific operation practices. The existing problems are also analyzed and optimized by the strategic project management method. Finally, the content of the discussion is summarized and prospected.
