基于F公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究

【摘要】:改革開放三十年,正是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,中國(guó)許多企業(yè)不斷地加入到戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的實(shí)踐當(dāng)中來(lái)。對(duì)于這些現(xiàn)象,理論界也是迫切需要有關(guān)的理論來(lái)解釋和闡明,發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決其中存在的一些問(wèn)題,還要尋找戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟這樣的形式和企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)的聯(lián)系,并且要深入分析研究,來(lái)達(dá)到提升我國(guó)中小企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟誕生于上世紀(jì)八十年代,一經(jīng)提出,便得到了迅速的發(fā)展。當(dāng)前,在組織結(jié)構(gòu)層面已經(jīng)是企業(yè)擴(kuò)大規(guī)模、不斷發(fā)展的重要形式。基于戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟產(chǎn)生、迅猛發(fā)展的大背景下,本文在充分運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的基礎(chǔ)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,初步闡明F公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的建立、發(fā)展的各種形式,研究該企業(yè)通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟來(lái)提升自身核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的各種途徑、措施,深入分析該企業(yè)在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略建立的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),借鑒、學(xué)習(xí)該企業(yè)在通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟形式提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的管理能力及水平,指導(dǎo)我國(guó)有關(guān)企業(yè)在當(dāng)前全面改革浪潮下如何運(yùn)用這一重要組織形式,解決部分中小企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展過(guò)程中的某些瓶頸,從而使我國(guó)相關(guān)企業(yè)達(dá)到提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目標(biāo);谝陨夏繕(biāo),本文首先對(duì)論文的選題背景,研究意義和研究思路進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)明的闡述;第二章是對(duì)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論與其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力予以簡(jiǎn)明闡述,在介紹西方學(xué)者對(duì)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟演進(jìn)形式的描述及企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的提出,來(lái)分析戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟是如何激發(fā)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升過(guò)程的,由此得出戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟組織形式在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展過(guò)程中所具有的重要現(xiàn)實(shí)作用;第三章首先對(duì)F公司的背景、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行了分析,接著,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟建立的動(dòng)因、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟方式進(jìn)行闡述,分析了F公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟建立的一些具體步驟;第四章則進(jìn)一步以F公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟為例分析F公司橫向戰(zhàn)略和縱向戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟所形成的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力及其優(yōu)勢(shì)。第五章的內(nèi)容主要是重點(diǎn)闡述F公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力管理有關(guān)問(wèn)題及注意事項(xiàng),以此反思我國(guó)中小企業(yè)在建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟管理過(guò)程中的一些注意事項(xiàng),從而大大提高我國(guó)企業(yè)建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:During the thirty years of reform and opening up, it is the period of rapid economic development in China, and many Chinese enterprises have joined the practice of strategic alliance. For these phenomena, the theorists also urgently need relevant theories to explain and clarify, discover and solve some problems existing therein, and also look for the relationship between the forms such as strategic alliances and the growth of enterprises, and make in-depth analysis and research. To achieve the goal of improving the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. The strategic alliance of enterprise was born in the 1980's of last century, once put forward, got rapid development. At present, in the level of organizational structure has been an important form of expanding scale and continuous development of enterprises. Based on the background of the emergence and rapid development of strategic alliance, this paper, on the basis of making full use of the basic theory of strategic alliance, preliminarily clarifies the various forms of establishment and development of strategic alliance in F Company. Through the strategic alliance to improve their core competitiveness of the various ways, measures, in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the establishment of the enterprise strategy, Learn how to improve the management ability and level of the core competence of the enterprise through the strategic alliance, and guide the relevant enterprises in our country how to use this important organizational form in the current wave of overall reform. To solve some bottlenecks in the process of strategic development of some small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to achieve the goal of enhancing the core competitiveness of relevant enterprises in our country. Based on the above objectives, this paper first of all on the background of the topic, research significance and research ideas for a concise elaboration; The second chapter is a brief description of the theory of strategic alliance and its core competence. On the basis of introducing the western scholars' research on strategic alliance, the paper describes the evolution of strategic alliance and puts forward the theory of core competence of enterprises. To analyze how the strategic alliance stimulates the process of enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and draws the conclusion that the organizational form of the strategic alliance plays an important role in the process of the strategic development of the enterprise. In the third chapter, the background and core competence of F company are analyzed, and then, the motivation of establishing strategic alliance and the way of strategic alliance are expounded, and some concrete steps of establishing strategic alliance of F company are analyzed. The fourth chapter takes the strategic alliance of company F as an example to analyze the core competence and its advantages of the horizontal and vertical strategic alliance of F company. The fifth chapter focuses on the management of the core competitiveness of the strategic alliance of company F and points for attention, so as to reflect on some matters needing attention in the process of establishing the strategic alliance in the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country. Thus greatly improve the effectiveness of establishing strategic alliance to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
