【摘要】：因智能手機(jī)具有優(yōu)秀的操作系統(tǒng)、可自由安裝各類軟件、完全大屏的全觸屏式操作感這三大特性,從而得到了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),目前各大手機(jī)制造商都不斷增加投入于手機(jī)開發(fā)。在高速發(fā)展的過程中,社會(huì)上各種關(guān)于手機(jī)質(zhì)量問題的新聞層出不斷,客戶對(duì)手機(jī)廠商的投訴也呈上升趨勢,因此提出研究項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理運(yùn)用到智能手機(jī)開發(fā)的過程,以增加客戶對(duì)智能手機(jī)質(zhì)量滿意度。通過研究A智能手機(jī)的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目全生命周期的質(zhì)量控制過程,分析項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程中項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的效果,控制項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程,從而在各種手機(jī)廠商中突出優(yōu)勢,創(chuàng)造更高的價(jià)值。本文從國內(nèi)外智能手機(jī)開發(fā)質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀綜述入手;闡述了質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)理論;提出了A智能手機(jī)的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量控制現(xiàn)狀并分析原因;明確了A智能手機(jī)的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目全生命周期質(zhì)量控制內(nèi)容與方法;最后指出了A智能手機(jī)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目全生命周期中的質(zhì)量控制成效和發(fā)展預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:Because smart phones have excellent operating systems, are free to install all kinds of software, fully large screen full-touch screen operating sense of these three features, thus obtaining unprecedented opportunities for development. At present, the major mobile phone manufacturers are constantly increasing their investment in mobile phone development. In the process of rapid development, various kinds of news about mobile phone quality problems appear constantly in the society, and customer complaints against mobile phone manufacturers are also on the rise. Therefore, it is proposed that the research project quality management be applied to the process of smartphone development. To increase customer satisfaction with smartphone quality. By studying the whole life cycle quality control process of the A smart phone development project, analyzing the effect of project quality management in the project development process, controlling the project development process, so as to highlight the advantages among all kinds of mobile phone manufacturers. Create higher values. This paper begins with a review of the current situation of quality management in the development of smart phones at home and abroad, expounds the relevant theories of quality control, puts forward the status quo of quality control in the development project of A smart phone and analyzes the reasons for it. The contents and methods of the whole life cycle quality control of A smart phone development project are clarified, and the quality control effect and development prediction in the whole life cycle of A smart phone development project are pointed out.
