【摘要】：歷經(jīng)近幾年的電子制造業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展后,中國(guó)電子制造業(yè)在產(chǎn)能已過(guò)剩。加上近年的全球經(jīng)濟(jì)不景氣,不管是美商、日商、臺(tái)商及國(guó)內(nèi)的電子制造工廠,都因?yàn)槌隹谛枨蠼档?而營(yíng)收成長(zhǎng)有限,連帶著在制造及檢測(cè)設(shè)備的投資上變得保守,某些資質(zhì)較差的工廠,也開(kāi)始出售現(xiàn)有的設(shè)備,造成二手市場(chǎng)中的二手設(shè)備流通,更是沖擊了設(shè)備供應(yīng)商在設(shè)備銷售表現(xiàn)。本文的研究方向著重在討論檢測(cè)設(shè)備商,如何因應(yīng)二手設(shè)備商的沖擊及挑戰(zhàn),透過(guò)對(duì)理論知識(shí)和電子制造檢測(cè)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)況的討論與研究,提出設(shè)備商在二手設(shè)備市場(chǎng)的營(yíng)銷策略并以A公司的檢測(cè)設(shè)備為例,進(jìn)行案例研究。
[Abstract]:After years of booming electronics manufacturing, China's electronics manufacturing industry has overcapacity. In addition, due to the recent global economic downturn, both American, Japanese, Taiwanese and domestic electronic manufacturing factories have become conservative in terms of investment in manufacturing and testing equipment, due to lower export demand and limited revenue growth. Some less qualified factories also began to sell existing equipment, resulting in the circulation of second-hand equipment in the secondary market, but also hit equipment suppliers in equipment sales performance. The research direction of this paper focuses on the discussion of testing equipment manufacturers, how to cope with the impact and challenges of second-hand equipment manufacturers, and through the discussion and research on theoretical knowledge and the current situation of electronic manufacturing testing market. This paper puts forward the marketing strategy of the equipment manufacturer in the second hand equipment market and takes the testing equipment of company A as an example to carry on the case study.
