A醫(yī)療器械集團(tuán)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著全球老齡化速度的加快,醫(yī)療器械市場(chǎng)需求正在不斷增加,醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為各個(gè)國(guó)家關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),全球醫(yī)療器械市場(chǎng)也在高速發(fā)展。與我國(guó)龐大的醫(yī)療器械市場(chǎng)銷(xiāo)售空間相比,我國(guó)醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力卻明顯不足。我國(guó)醫(yī)療器械市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀為國(guó)產(chǎn)醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè),特別是高端國(guó)產(chǎn)醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè)提供了廣闊的銷(xiāo)售空間,在這種情況下,企業(yè)應(yīng)如何抓住機(jī)遇? 企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的一部分,主要研究的是關(guān)于企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)、壯大過(guò)程中,企業(yè)整體性、長(zhǎng)期性、基本性的謀略。是企業(yè)根據(jù)其外部環(huán)境及企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源和能力狀況,為求得企業(yè)生存和長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,為不斷獲得新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)、達(dá)成目標(biāo)的途徑和手段的總體謀劃。企業(yè)必須高度重視發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定與實(shí)施,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)自身長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)地、可持續(xù)地發(fā)展。 本文第1章首先對(duì)論文的研究背景及意義、研究思路與方法進(jìn)行了介紹;第2章對(duì)現(xiàn)階段關(guān)于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究狀況進(jìn)行了梳理;第3章通過(guò)對(duì)A醫(yī)療器械集團(tuán)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,運(yùn)用PEST分析法、五力模型分析法對(duì)A集團(tuán)中國(guó)子公司的宏觀(guān)環(huán)境、醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境以及集團(tuán)內(nèi)部資源進(jìn)行了分析;第4章在前一章分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法分別對(duì)四種選擇戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了分析,并得出A集團(tuán)在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的未來(lái)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;第5章主要提出了A集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的內(nèi)容,并進(jìn)而提出了A集團(tuán)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)A集團(tuán)各項(xiàng)資源的有效利用和整合,構(gòu)建自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),獲得持續(xù)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid aging of the world, the market demand for medical devices is increasing, the medical device industry has become the focus of attention of all countries, the global medical device market is also developing at a high speed. Compared with the huge marketing space of medical device in our country, the competitive ability of our medical device manufacturing enterprises is obviously insufficient. The present situation of the medical device market in our country has provided the vast sales space for the domestic medical device production enterprise, especially the high-end domestic medical device production enterprise. In this case, how should the enterprise seize the opportunity? Enterprise development strategy is a part of enterprise strategy, which mainly studies the strategy of enterprise growth, enterprise integrity, long-term, and basic. According to the external environment and the internal resources and ability of the enterprise, it is the overall plan of the enterprise to obtain the survival and the long-term stable development of the enterprise, to obtain the new competitive advantage continuously, to the enterprise development goal, the way and the means to reach the goal. Enterprises must attach great importance to the formulation and implementation of development strategies in order to achieve their own long-term and sustainable development. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the thesis, the research ideas and methods, the second chapter reviews the current research status of enterprise strategy and enterprise development strategy. In chapter 3, by analyzing the current situation of A medical device group's market management and development in China, using PEST analysis method and five-force model analysis method, the macro environment of A group's Chinese subsidiary is analyzed. The development environment of medical device industry and internal resources of the group were analyzed. In chapter 4, on the basis of the analysis in the previous chapter, we use SWOT analysis method to analyze the four choice strategies, and draw the future development strategy of group A in China market. The fifth chapter mainly puts forward the contents of A group's strategy implementation, and then puts forward the safeguard measures of A group's Chinese market strategy implementation, in order to realize the effective utilization and integration of A group's various resources, and construct its own competitive advantage. To gain momentum for sustainable development.
