FMEA在國(guó)產(chǎn)化項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:Company N is a multinational corporation. In order to adapt to economic globalization and reduce manufacturing costs, a large number of products need to be processed domestically. In the process of localization of the company's products, although the project manager is responsible and the corresponding project plan is doing very well, the continuous occurrence of unexpected events in the process of the project still results in the serious delay of the project. To solve this problem, we must find appropriate methods to control the risks in the localization project, so as to ensure the completion of the project on time. FMEA is used in the design and manufacture of the product. Management of potential problems and failures to be considered and analyzed in advance. It is the crystallization of collective wisdom, fully reflect the effectiveness of collective activities. Project risk management is an important part of the project. Only by controlling the risk effectively can the project achieve the expected goal. Based on the idea of failure management of FMEA, this paper introduces it into the whole process of product localization project. It takes the concrete work content as input, carries on the risk identification, the appraisal to each work, and proposes the control measure and the monitoring method. At the same time, according to the risk severity, occurrence probability and controllability of the three parameters, respectively, score, finally according to the product value, judge the impact of the risk on the whole project, and make further control measures. Using the method of FEMA to manage the risk of localization project, its biggest advantage is practicability and maneuverability, simplicity and efficiency, it integrates the risk analysis, prevention and control steps together to manage. This is the most practical risk management method in the operation of small and medium-sized projects.
