遼寧HS公司員工滿意度研究

【摘要】:員工滿意度管理是企業(yè)人力資源管理的重要組成部分,與企業(yè)效益和持續(xù)發(fā)展密切相關(guān),對遼寧HS公司這樣一個處于高速發(fā)展階段的民營企業(yè)更具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文通過對員工滿意度理論的學(xué)習(xí)和梳理,結(jié)合遼寧HS公司實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)研問卷,制定調(diào)研方案,完成了遼寧HS公司員工滿意度的調(diào)查。調(diào)查研究表明,遼寧HS公司員工滿意度總體平均得分為3.5,處于基本滿意水平,員工滿意度管理工作需要進(jìn)一步提高和完善。論文依據(jù)員工滿意度的影響程度將影響員工滿意度的各項(xiàng)因素分為積極因素、消極因素和危機(jī)因素,積極因素共有九項(xiàng),即物質(zhì)回報(bào)、精神回報(bào)、后勤保障及支持、工作方法與作風(fēng)、人員素質(zhì)、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)、發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)景方面;消極因素共有七項(xiàng),即成長與發(fā)展、工作環(huán)境、內(nèi)部和諧、管理機(jī)制、管理風(fēng)格、社會貢獻(xiàn)、人力資源方面;危機(jī)因素是企業(yè)管理制度和企業(yè)文化方面兩項(xiàng)。全面提升遼寧HS公司員工滿意度需要發(fā)揚(yáng)積極因素,改進(jìn)消極因素,消除危機(jī)因素。
[Abstract]:Employee satisfaction management is an important part of enterprise human resource management, which is closely related to enterprise benefit and sustainable development. It is of great practical significance to Liaoning HS company, which is in the stage of rapid development. By studying and combing the theory of employee satisfaction, combining with the actual situation of Liaoning HS Company, this paper designs the questionnaire and formulates the investigation scheme, and completes the investigation of employee satisfaction of Liaoning HS Company. The investigation shows that the average score of employee satisfaction of Liaoning HS Company is 3.5, which is in the basic level of satisfaction, and the management of employee satisfaction needs to be further improved and improved. According to the degree of influence of employee satisfaction, the paper divides the factors of employee satisfaction into positive factors, negative factors and crisis factors. There are nine positive factors, namely material return, spiritual return, logistic support and support. Working methods and style, personnel quality, product quality and service, development perspective; There are seven negative factors, that is, growth and development, working environment, internal harmony, management mechanism, management style, social contribution, human resources, and crisis factors are enterprise management system and corporate culture. In order to improve employee satisfaction of Liaoning HS Company, we should develop positive factors, improve negative factors and eliminate crisis factors.
