【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)金融危機(jī)的持續(xù)，電子產(chǎn)業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，年輕的X企業(yè)逐漸暴露出流程管理不善，執(zhí)行不力及決策滯后等諸多現(xiàn)象，面對(duì)迅速變化的外部環(huán)境，如果不及時(shí)想辦法從管理方法上調(diào)整，X企業(yè)必然會(huì)走下坡路甚至虧損。正是基于對(duì)X企業(yè)內(nèi)部調(diào)整的決心，經(jīng)過(guò)高階主管及各部門主管的選擇，最終決定在有限的資源下依據(jù)較為著名的ERP系統(tǒng)的原理，新成立專案小組實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，編寫和運(yùn)行。 本文通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，，結(jié)合工作實(shí)際狀況來(lái)研究如何通過(guò)ERP系統(tǒng)用最少的損失、最快的速度、最優(yōu)的流程實(shí)現(xiàn)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)供銷所有過(guò)程中的物流、金流和信息流，并確保三者能有效統(tǒng)一、前后兼顧，達(dá)成企業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中流程環(huán)環(huán)相扣、關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)及時(shí)反饋和防呆、系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)建模和智能分析、系統(tǒng)持續(xù)優(yōu)化功能，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)進(jìn)步和盈利。 經(jīng)過(guò)五個(gè)月的分析和研究，該專案逐漸建立起構(gòu)建和串聯(lián)物流，金流和信息流的試產(chǎn)流程。同時(shí)依據(jù)該流程建立起ERP所需的主模塊和輔模塊。在實(shí)際討論過(guò)程中建立起一整套的工廠管理機(jī)制及關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)，通過(guò)對(duì)這些因素的切實(shí)執(zhí)行，工廠內(nèi)問(wèn)題點(diǎn)整體下降67%，公司營(yíng)收整體提升20%，客戶投訴下降80%，效果極為顯著。 本課題后續(xù)還有待進(jìn)一步完善，但目前來(lái)看方向已經(jīng)走對(duì)，我們不僅希望能在X公司擴(kuò)大該系統(tǒng)功能，還能供類似自主設(shè)計(jì)ERP系統(tǒng)的制造型企業(yè)參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuance of the social financial crisis and the rapid development of the electronic industry, young X enterprises have gradually exposed many phenomena, such as poor process management, poor execution and lagging decision-making, and so on, facing the rapidly changing external environment. If do not think in time to adjust from the management method, X enterprise will inevitably go downhill even lose money. It is based on the determination of internal adjustment of X enterprise, through the selection of senior executives and heads of departments, it is finally decided to implement the design of ERP system under the limited resources according to the principle of the more famous ERP system, a new ad hoc group is set up to implement the design of the ERP system. Preparation and operation This paper studies how to realize the logistics, flow and information flow through the ERP system with the least loss, the fastest speed and the best flow. And to ensure that the three can be effectively unified, both before and after, to achieve the enterprise production process to link together, key nodes timely feedback and prevention, system data modeling and intelligent analysis, system continuous optimization function, Finally realize the continuous progress and profit of the enterprise. After five months of analysis and research, the project gradually established a trial production process of constructing and tandem logistics, flow and information flow. At the same time, the main module and auxiliary module of ERP are established according to the process. In the course of actual discussion, a whole set of factory management mechanisms and key control points were established. Through the practical implementation of these factors, the overall number of problem points in the factory dropped 67%, the company's overall revenue increased 20%, and customer complaints dropped 80%. The effect is extremely remarkable. This subject needs to be further improved, but at present the direction is right. We not only hope to expand the function of the system in X Company, but also can be used as reference for manufacturing enterprises similar to self-designed ERP system.
