【摘要】：生產(chǎn)物流是企業(yè)物流中不可缺少的組成部分,它連接著企業(yè)的物流系統(tǒng)和生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,有利于提高生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)能力,有利于節(jié)省企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,有利于加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的管理水平,對(duì)提升企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,具有非常積極的作用。本文以R公司噴涂系列產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)線為背景,針對(duì)由于物料配送方式無法滿足生產(chǎn)線擴(kuò)容而產(chǎn)生的生產(chǎn)線旁物料存儲(chǔ)空間不足、配送效率低下、配送成本高、配送應(yīng)變能力差、物料損壞嚴(yán)重等問題,運(yùn)用多送少量、少送多量的原則,研究物料配送與生產(chǎn)線旁存儲(chǔ)場(chǎng)地的關(guān)系,通過對(duì)物料性質(zhì)的分析,采取不同物料性質(zhì)不同生產(chǎn)物料配送方式的方法,并標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化各種物料配送方式的管理流程。本文通過物料配送方式的改善、流程的實(shí)施以及生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的合理規(guī)劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)了R公司在有限場(chǎng)地的條件下,物料配送方式滿足生產(chǎn)線擴(kuò)容的目標(biāo)。對(duì)其它公司解決生產(chǎn)線與物料配送之間的問題有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Production logistics is an indispensable part of enterprise logistics, which connects logistics system and production system. The research on the production logistics system of the enterprise is helpful to improve the production capacity of the production system, to save the production cost of the enterprise, to strengthen the management level of the enterprise, and to enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise. Has a very positive effect. Based on the production line of spray products of R Company, this paper aims at the shortage of storage space beside production line, low efficiency, high cost and poor ability of distribution, which is caused by the material distribution mode can not meet the capacity expansion of production line. This paper studies the relationship between material distribution and storage site next to production line by using the principle of more and less material delivery and more quantity, and adopts the methods of different material properties and different production materials distribution methods through the analysis of material properties. And standardize all kinds of material distribution management process. Through the improvement of the material distribution mode, the implementation of the process and the reasonable planning of the production site, the material distribution mode of R Company can meet the goal of production line expansion under the condition of limited site. Other companies to solve the problem between the production line and material distribution has a certain reference.
