【摘要】：再制造活動(dòng)是循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)中重要的一環(huán)，汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，其再制造活動(dòng)被我國(guó)列為現(xiàn)階段支持可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)基本國(guó)策的戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流是支持汽車(chē)再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要活動(dòng)，在我國(guó)汽車(chē)再制造新課題尚處于探索階段的背景下，，關(guān)于汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流的研究就成為相關(guān)領(lǐng)域一個(gè)非常值得研究的課題，基于上述背景，文章嘗試對(duì)汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。 文章首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)已有研究進(jìn)行了梳理，以了解汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題的出現(xiàn)、發(fā)展的過(guò)程，進(jìn)而明確汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化相關(guān)研究在現(xiàn)階段的成果和困境并確定文章的研究目的。其次，在明確了研究目的的基礎(chǔ)上，文章對(duì)與汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論作了深入的研究，以加深對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)，為汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化作好理論準(zhǔn)備。接著，結(jié)合對(duì)汽車(chē)再制造向物流活動(dòng)的內(nèi)涵的理解，文章探究了構(gòu)建汽車(chē)再制造向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)該遵循的一般原則，對(duì)汽車(chē)再制造向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的組織模式和運(yùn)行模式進(jìn)行了深入分析，以深入了解汽車(chē)再制造向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)行機(jī)理，在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合對(duì)汽車(chē)再制造向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征的理解選擇合適的優(yōu)化方法建立汽車(chē)再制造向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型。最后，文章通過(guò)數(shù)值仿真構(gòu)建了一個(gè)仿真算例，運(yùn)用文章構(gòu)建的優(yōu)化模型對(duì)仿真案例進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化并對(duì)優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析，驗(yàn)證了優(yōu)化模型的有效性。 汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)承載著汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流的功能，因此，汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是構(gòu)建合理的汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要基礎(chǔ)與主要內(nèi)容。文章通過(guò)對(duì)汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化相關(guān)背景以及理論基礎(chǔ)的研究探索了進(jìn)行汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的一般方法，如進(jìn)行汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)遵循的一般原則、汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織模式和運(yùn)行模式選擇，并通過(guò)一個(gè)仿真算例對(duì)汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的過(guò)程進(jìn)行了舉例，可以為汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化活動(dòng)提供參考。同時(shí)，文章的研究結(jié)果對(duì)增強(qiáng)人們對(duì)汽車(chē)再制造以及汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流的重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)也具有一定的積極意義。
[Abstract]:The remanufacturing activity is an important part of the circular economy, and the automobile industry is one of the pillar industries in our country. Its remanufacturing activities are listed as the strategic emerging industries supporting the sustainable development strategy and the basic national policy of circular economy in our country at the present stage. Automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics is an important activity to support automobile remanufacturing industry. Under the background that the new subject of automobile remanufacturing in China is still in the exploration stage, The research of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics has become a topic worth studying in related fields. Based on the above background, this paper attempts to study the optimization of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network. First of all, this paper combs the related research at home and abroad to understand the emergence and development of the problem of reverse logistics network optimization in automobile remanufacturing. Furthermore, the achievements and difficulties of the research on the reverse logistics network optimization of automobile remanufacturing at the present stage are clarified and the purpose of the paper is determined. Secondly, on the basis of the clear research purpose, the paper makes a deep research on the basic theory related to the reverse logistics network of automobile remanufacturing, in order to deepen the understanding of the related problems. Theoretical preparation for vehicle remanufacturing reverse logistics network optimization. Then, combined with the understanding of the connotation of automobile remanufacturing to logistics, the article explores the general principles that should be followed in the construction of automobile remanufacturing logistics network. The organization mode and operation mode of automobile remanufacturing logistics network are analyzed in order to understand the mechanism of automobile remanufacturing logistics network. Based on the understanding of the characteristics of automobile remanufacturing to logistics network, the appropriate optimization method is selected to establish the vehicle remanufacturing logistics network optimization model. Finally, a simulation example is constructed by numerical simulation. The optimization model is used to optimize the simulation case and the optimization results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the optimization model. Automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network carries the function of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics. Therefore, the optimization design of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network is the important foundation and main content of constructing reasonable automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network. This paper explores the general methods of vehicle remanufacturing reverse logistics network optimization through the research of the relevant background and theoretical basis of vehicle remanufacturing reverse logistics network optimization. For example, the general principles to be followed in the design of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network, the choice of organization mode and operation mode of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network, A simulation example is given to illustrate the process of reverse logistics network optimization in automobile remanufacturing, which can provide a reference for the optimization of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network. At the same time, the research results of this paper have certain positive significance to enhance people's understanding of the importance of automobile remanufacturing and automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics.
