汽車(chē)再制造逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:The remanufacturing activity is an important part of the circular economy, and the automobile industry is one of the pillar industries in our country. Its remanufacturing activities are listed as the strategic emerging industries supporting the sustainable development strategy and the basic national policy of circular economy in our country at the present stage. Automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics is an important activity to support automobile remanufacturing industry. Under the background that the new subject of automobile remanufacturing in China is still in the exploration stage, The research of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics has become a topic worth studying in related fields. Based on the above background, this paper attempts to study the optimization of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network. First of all, this paper combs the related research at home and abroad to understand the emergence and development of the problem of reverse logistics network optimization in automobile remanufacturing. Furthermore, the achievements and difficulties of the research on the reverse logistics network optimization of automobile remanufacturing at the present stage are clarified and the purpose of the paper is determined. Secondly, on the basis of the clear research purpose, the paper makes a deep research on the basic theory related to the reverse logistics network of automobile remanufacturing, in order to deepen the understanding of the related problems. Theoretical preparation for vehicle remanufacturing reverse logistics network optimization. Then, combined with the understanding of the connotation of automobile remanufacturing to logistics, the article explores the general principles that should be followed in the construction of automobile remanufacturing logistics network. The organization mode and operation mode of automobile remanufacturing logistics network are analyzed in order to understand the mechanism of automobile remanufacturing logistics network. Based on the understanding of the characteristics of automobile remanufacturing to logistics network, the appropriate optimization method is selected to establish the vehicle remanufacturing logistics network optimization model. Finally, a simulation example is constructed by numerical simulation. The optimization model is used to optimize the simulation case and the optimization results are analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the optimization model. Automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network carries the function of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics. Therefore, the optimization design of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network is the important foundation and main content of constructing reasonable automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network. This paper explores the general methods of vehicle remanufacturing reverse logistics network optimization through the research of the relevant background and theoretical basis of vehicle remanufacturing reverse logistics network optimization. For example, the general principles to be followed in the design of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network, the choice of organization mode and operation mode of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network, A simulation example is given to illustrate the process of reverse logistics network optimization in automobile remanufacturing, which can provide a reference for the optimization of automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics network. At the same time, the research results of this paper have certain positive significance to enhance people's understanding of the importance of automobile remanufacturing and automobile remanufacturing reverse logistics.
