【摘要】：摘要：本文從煙草行業(yè)深入推進工藝質(zhì)量參數(shù)化管理出發(fā),重點研究長沙卷煙廠的SPC軟件系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和應(yīng)用。在卷煙生產(chǎn)過程中,隨著設(shè)備技術(shù)改進不斷升級,生產(chǎn)過程各設(shè)備、工藝指標、參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)實現(xiàn)同步數(shù)據(jù)采集,本文從如何有效地利用采集到的數(shù)據(jù),通過系統(tǒng)自動化生成的數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品,了解到我們的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計到工藝管理、設(shè)備管理、質(zhì)量管理水平的最終結(jié)果；如何從數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題產(chǎn)生的必然性和偶然性,并以此來改善和提高卷煙產(chǎn)品加工過程的穩(wěn)定性,進行了深入的闡述。 SPC技術(shù)在長煙的應(yīng)用是以工序過程能力(CPK)為基礎(chǔ),通過對工序指標參數(shù)的在線監(jiān)控、過程異常分析以及指標參數(shù)系統(tǒng)性提升改進等手段,開展各種技術(shù)攻關(guān)活動,消除過程控制異因,實現(xiàn)過程預(yù)防控制,通過寫實和試驗優(yōu)化一些參數(shù)的調(diào)整范圍,固化一些優(yōu)秀的操作方法等,使得研究工序的參數(shù)指標的CPK值均有了一定程度的提升。 基于SPC技術(shù)在長煙生產(chǎn)實際過程中不斷取得的成果,根據(jù)管理需要,長煙將其成果轉(zhuǎn)化和規(guī)范化,建立了工藝過程控制的新評價制度,形成基于SPC的過程工藝控制管理體系,并已經(jīng)形成具有長沙卷煙廠特色的SPC質(zhì)量管理應(yīng)用模式。增強白沙品牌的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量競爭力；逐步實現(xiàn)行業(yè)《卷煙工藝規(guī)范》的三個轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:Abstract: this paper focuses on the construction and application of SPC software system in Changsha cigarette Factory from the perspective of promoting the parameterized management of process quality in tobacco industry. In the process of cigarette production, with the continuous upgrading of the equipment and technology, the data of each equipment, process index and parameter in the production process can be collected synchronously. In this paper, how to utilize the collected data effectively, Through the system automation generated data products, to understand our product design to process management, equipment management, quality management level of the final results; How to find the inevitability and contingency of the problem from the data products and how to improve and improve the stability of the processing process of cigarette products are expounded in this paper. The application of SPC technology in the long smoke industry is based on the process capability (CPK). Through the on-line monitoring of the process parameters, the analysis of process anomalies and the systematic improvement of the index parameters, all kinds of key technical activities are carried out. By eliminating the different cause of process control, realizing process prevention control, optimizing the adjustment range of some parameters through realism and experiment, solidifying some excellent operation methods, the CPK value of the parameter index of the research process has been improved to a certain extent. Based on the continuous achievement of SPC technology in the actual process of long smoke production, according to the need of management, the new evaluation system of process control is established, and the management system of process control based on SPC is formed. And has formed the Changsha cigarette factory characteristic SPC quality management application pattern. Strengthen the quality competitiveness of Baisha brand and gradually realize the three changes of cigarette craft standard.
