【摘要】：國外石油石化企業(yè)經(jīng)過長期的中知識管理實踐和探索，很大程度上促進了其核心競爭力發(fā)展。在知識經(jīng)濟時代，國內(nèi)石油石化行業(yè)面臨激烈競爭和調(diào)整，借助知識管理的實施與應(yīng)用研究，將會為企業(yè)指明增強核心競爭力的有效路徑。 本文首先介紹了G研究院的基本情況，并分析了企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和知識管理方面存在的不足，之后引入知識管理的相關(guān)概念、基礎(chǔ)理論體系，及企業(yè)組織知識管理的目標、策略、原則,分析了國家關(guān)于知識管理的若干標準和模型。重點對以G研究院為代表的石油工程領(lǐng)域科研院所管理中的知識管理的實施進行了論述。依據(jù)中華人民共和國知識管理若干標準，，結(jié)合G研究院知識管理發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，對石油工程領(lǐng)域知識管理實施進行了闡述，包含知識鑒別、知識共享、知識獲取、知識存儲、知識共享、知識應(yīng)用等一系列知識活動。 本文最后通過對比分析的方法，預估了在G研究院推行知識管理的效益。知識管理由于其自身的復雜性和迫切性，在G研究院的知識管理實踐必將是長期而充滿挑戰(zhàn)。通過對G研究院的實踐探索的總結(jié)，將為國內(nèi)石油石化行業(yè)尤其是井筒工程領(lǐng)域?qū)嵤┲R管理提供一定的借鑒和指導作用。
[Abstract]:Through long-term knowledge management practice and exploration, foreign petroleum and petrochemical enterprises have promoted the development of their core competitiveness to a great extent. In the era of knowledge economy, the domestic petroleum and petrochemical industry is facing fierce competition and adjustment. With the help of the implementation and application research of knowledge management, the effective path to enhance the core competitiveness will be pointed out for enterprises. This paper first introduces the basic situation of G Research Institute, and analyzes the current situation of enterprises and the shortcomings of knowledge management, then introduces the related concepts of knowledge management, basic theoretical system, and organizational knowledge management objectives, strategies, This paper analyzes some national standards and models of knowledge management. The implementation of knowledge management in the management of scientific research institutes in petroleum engineering field, represented by G Research Institute, is emphatically discussed. According to the standards of knowledge management of the people's Republic of China and the strategic plan of knowledge management development in G Research Institute, this paper expounds the implementation of knowledge management in petroleum engineering field, including knowledge identification, knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, etc. Knowledge sharing, knowledge application and a series of knowledge activities. In the end, the paper estimates the benefit of implementing knowledge management in G Research Institute by means of comparative analysis. Because of its complexity and urgency, the practice of knowledge management in G Research Institute will be full of challenges for a long time. Through the summary of the practice and exploration of G Research Institute, it will provide some reference and guidance for the domestic petroleum and petrochemical industry, especially for the implementation of knowledge management in the field of wellbore engineering.
