中冶建工集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著企業(yè)文化理論在我國的傳播和推廣,越來越多的企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)到企業(yè)文化給企業(yè)帶來的有形的和無形的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的和社會(huì)的雙重效益。 中冶建工作為國有大型建筑施工企業(yè),一直重視企業(yè)文化建設(shè),形成了獨(dú)具特色的企業(yè)文化理念。隨著企業(yè)的加快發(fā)展,面對新形勢、新情況和新戰(zhàn)略,迫切需要我們提煉出一整套與發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略高度匹配的、反映企業(yè)與員工共同追求的、保持企業(yè)青春活力的企業(yè)文化理念體系,引領(lǐng)公司實(shí)現(xiàn)新的跨越。 本文從企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論入手,在此基礎(chǔ)上對中冶建工企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的特殊性、所處環(huán)境、核心理念系統(tǒng)、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等方面的現(xiàn)狀做了比較詳盡的分析,同時(shí)借鑒其他國有大中型企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),與國內(nèi)其他大型建筑企業(yè)的文化進(jìn)行比較研究,結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段中冶建工集團(tuán)發(fā)展的要求和特色,對其現(xiàn)有企業(yè)文化進(jìn)行診斷分析,指出其存在的問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出具有中冶建工集團(tuán)特色的企業(yè)文化體系的構(gòu)建模型,給企業(yè)做出跨越式發(fā)展奠定良好的文化基礎(chǔ);同時(shí)也希望本論文能夠給企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供一定的理論參考以及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the spread and promotion of corporate culture theory in China, more and more enterprises realize the tangible and intangible, economic and social benefits brought by corporate culture. As a large state-owned building construction enterprise, China Metallurgical works has always attached importance to the construction of enterprise culture and formed a unique concept of enterprise culture. With the rapid development of enterprises, facing the new situation, new situation and new strategy, it is urgent for us to refine a set of highly matched development strategies, reflecting the common pursuit of enterprises and employees. Maintain the enterprise youth and vitality of the corporate culture concept system, leading the company to achieve new leaps and bounds. Based on the related theories of enterprise culture construction, this paper makes a detailed analysis on the particularity, environment, core idea system, development strategy and so on of the cultural construction of China Metallurgical Construction Corporation. At the same time, using the successful experiences of other large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises for reference, and comparing the culture of other large construction enterprises in China, and combining the requirements and characteristics of the development of China Metallurgical Construction Engineering Group at the present stage, On the basis of the diagnosis and analysis of the existing corporate culture, the author points out the existing problems, and puts forward the construction model of the enterprise culture system with the characteristics of China Metallurgical Construction Industry Group, which will lay a good cultural foundation for the enterprise to make leapfrog development. At the same time, I hope this paper can provide some theoretical reference and practical experience for the construction of corporate culture.
