【摘要】：把我國(guó)私營(yíng)工業(yè)企業(yè)的實(shí)際勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬水平和以我國(guó)農(nóng)村為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的勞動(dòng)力價(jià)值水平、以城市為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的勞動(dòng)力價(jià)值水平,與在私營(yíng)工業(yè)企業(yè)就業(yè)的勞動(dòng)者的勞動(dòng)要素的貢獻(xiàn)水平加以比較,可以分析出私營(yíng)工業(yè)企業(yè)勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬水平的具體位置。同時(shí),以勞動(dòng)要素的貢獻(xiàn)為依據(jù),并結(jié)合勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬的社會(huì)功能,即以企業(yè)正常的盈利水平和企業(yè)的正常運(yùn)營(yíng)發(fā)展為約束,可以測(cè)算出我國(guó)私營(yíng)工業(yè)企業(yè)報(bào)酬的提高幅度。
[Abstract]:The actual labor compensation level of China's private industrial enterprises, the value level of labor force based on the standard of our country's rural areas, and the level of labor force value based on the city as the standard, Compared with the contribution level of the labor factors of the workers employed in the private industrial enterprises, the specific position of the labor compensation level of the private industrial enterprises can be analyzed. At the same time, based on the contribution of labor factors and the social function of labor compensation, that is, the normal profit level of enterprises and the normal operation and development of enterprises as constraints, we can calculate the increase range of the remuneration of private industrial enterprises in China.
