侯馬國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司“五大體系”組織結(jié)構(gòu)重建

【摘要】:國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司必須采用現(xiàn)代化的管理方法,提高企業(yè)管理水平。為了解決公司核心業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展過程中存在的管理機(jī)制問題,必須建立與目前實(shí)際運(yùn)行相符合的電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng);本研究是在這一背景下,開展公司五大系統(tǒng)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,優(yōu)化運(yùn)行模式。本文主要研究對(duì)象為侯馬國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司現(xiàn)有運(yùn)行體系中存在著規(guī)劃,建設(shè),運(yùn)營(yíng),維護(hù),銷售五大核心專業(yè),通過對(duì)侯馬國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司現(xiàn)有模型進(jìn)行深入分析,總結(jié)了存在的問題,并對(duì)這些問題加以分析,找到癥結(jié)發(fā)生的原因,制定計(jì)劃,建設(shè)由山西省國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司統(tǒng)一組織實(shí)施的新型規(guī)劃,建設(shè),運(yùn)行,檢修五大系統(tǒng)的方向來解決營(yíng)銷、項(xiàng)目管理和組織理論相關(guān)問題,通過配套的理論體系,在實(shí)際運(yùn)行管理過程中與侯馬國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司具體情況相結(jié)合,確定了公司基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)模式的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。在侯馬國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司五個(gè)專業(yè)中存在的諸多問題,本文在每個(gè)部分的組織結(jié)構(gòu)上對(duì)五大系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,并且對(duì)每個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了的功能分析,最終對(duì)侯馬國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工體現(xiàn)效果后的五個(gè)系統(tǒng)都提出了相應(yīng)的措施。對(duì)侯馬國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司以及其他區(qū)縣級(jí)公司有關(guān)于新形勢(shì)下國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)模式方面提出了一些建議。對(duì)其他地區(qū),級(jí)別相同的國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司在組織變革方面具有部分的借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:State Grid Company must adopt modern management methods to improve the level of enterprise management. In order to solve the problem of management mechanism existing in the rapid development of the company's core business, it is necessary to establish a grid operation system that is in line with the actual operation at present. Under this background, the research on the organizational structure of the five systems of the company is carried out to optimize the operation mode. The main research object of this paper is that there are five core specialties in the current operating system of Homa State Grid Company, such as planning, construction, operation, maintenance and sales, through the in-depth analysis of the existing model of Homa State Grid Company. This paper summarizes the existing problems, analyzes these problems, finds out the causes of the crux, makes a plan and builds a new type of planning, construction and operation, which is implemented by the State Grid Corporation of Shanxi Province. Overhaul the direction of the five systems to solve marketing, project management and organizational theory related issues, through a supporting theoretical system, in the actual operation of the management process with the Homa State Grid Company specific situation, The organizational structure of the corporate infrastructure model is determined. There are many problems in the five majors of Homa State Grid Company. This paper studies the five systems in the organizational structure of each part, and analyzes the function of each system. Finally, the corresponding measures are put forward for the five systems after the design and construction of the organizational structure of Homa State Grid Company. Some suggestions are put forward for Homa State Grid Company and other county-level companies on the organizational structure of State Grid Company under the new situation. For other regions, state grid companies at the same level have part of the value of organizational change.
