【摘要】：隨著社會的進步,用電服務(wù)要求的提高,現(xiàn)行繳費方式已經(jīng)無法滿足日益增長的電力客戶的需求,本文通過對當前供電企業(yè)繳費渠道的現(xiàn)狀分析,提出了電力繳費今后的發(fā)展趨勢,表明供電企業(yè)拓展繳費渠道是必然趨勢,并從實際出發(fā)進一步探討了多渠道繳費模式的優(yōu)化策略,希望能給相關(guān)企業(yè)提供一定的借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the society and the improvement of the demand for electricity service, the current payment method can no longer meet the increasing demand of the electric power customers. This paper analyzes the current situation of the payment channels of the current power supply enterprises. This paper puts forward the development trend of electric power payment in the future, which indicates that it is an inevitable trend for power supply enterprises to expand payment channels, and further discusses the optimization strategy of multi-channel payment mode from the practical point of view, hoping to provide some reference and reference for related enterprises.
