基于超級(jí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論的新能源汽車企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)的新能源汽車行業(yè)自1991年正式把電動(dòng)車關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究列為國(guó)家科技重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。在新能源汽車發(fā)展的二十幾年中,這一行業(yè)已經(jīng)達(dá)到了產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展階段。與國(guó)外百年歷史相比,我國(guó)新能源汽車行業(yè)發(fā)展起步晚的多,不論是在產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模還是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平都存在著較大差距。加入世貿(mào)組織之后,我國(guó)新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨的不僅僅是國(guó)內(nèi)的企業(yè),還包括有著雄厚資金和先進(jìn)技術(shù)的外國(guó)汽車公司激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 新能源汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展符合發(fā)展國(guó)家優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的大趨勢(shì)。行業(yè)規(guī)劃和扶持政策等多由國(guó)務(wù)院或部委直接確定,,同時(shí)對(duì)這一行業(yè)實(shí)行統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃。這也是新能源汽車企業(yè)不同于國(guó)內(nèi)其他制造業(yè)的原因。新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)不是傳統(tǒng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境是隨國(guó)家的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策規(guī)劃和扶持措施,不斷變化高強(qiáng)度競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的行業(yè)。新能源汽車企業(yè)要想在急速變化的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中百戰(zhàn)百勝,需明確在該行業(yè)中發(fā)展所必需的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和能力。本文就新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,探究了基于超級(jí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論的新能源汽車企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 基于超級(jí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論的新能源汽車企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的形成機(jī)理是以超級(jí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論為研究思考的邏輯起點(diǎn)和假設(shè),把新能源汽車企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)生的四個(gè)領(lǐng)域和本行業(yè)特有的五個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)影響因素作為篩選的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和條件。先由新能源汽車企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)生的四個(gè)領(lǐng)域成本與品質(zhì)領(lǐng)域、時(shí)機(jī)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域,進(jìn)入障礙領(lǐng)域和資本領(lǐng)域,再與新能源汽車企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的五個(gè)影響因素即國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃和產(chǎn)業(yè)支持政策、消費(fèi)補(bǔ)貼政策、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、配套設(shè)施和專業(yè)技術(shù)人才對(duì)比衡量,看是否符合。通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的識(shí)別,轉(zhuǎn)化為影響企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的五個(gè)要素,即產(chǎn)品研發(fā)創(chuàng)新要素、品牌要素、資產(chǎn)要素、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷要素、政策支持要素。 本文設(shè)計(jì)了基于超級(jí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理論的新能源汽車企業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)模型,選取四家新能源汽車企業(yè)運(yùn)用模糊綜合分析法和層次分析法進(jìn)行研究,并給出相應(yīng)發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:Since 1991, the research on key technology of electric vehicle has been listed as the key item of national science and technology in China's new energy automobile industry. In the 20 years of new energy automobile development, this industry has already reached industrialization development stage. Compared with the 100 years history of foreign countries, the development of new energy automobile industry in our country started much later, whether in the industrial scale or the level of technological innovation, there is a big gap. After joining the WTO, the new energy automobile industry of our country faces not only the domestic enterprises, but also the fierce competition of the foreign automobile companies with abundant funds and advanced technology. The development of the new energy automobile industry accords with the general trend of optimizing the industrial structure of the developing country. Industry planning and support policies are determined directly by the State Council or ministries, and the industry is planned as a whole. This is also the reason why new energy automobile companies are different from other domestic manufacturing industries. The new energy automobile industry is no longer the traditional competition, the competitive environment is the industry with the national industrial policy planning and supporting measures, constantly changing high-intensity competition industry. If the new energy automobile enterprise wants to win a hundred victories in the rapidly changing market competition, it needs to make clear the necessary competitive advantage and ability to develop in this industry. This paper probes into the competitive advantages of the new energy automobile enterprises based on the super competition theory in view of the present situation of the development of the new energy automobile industry. The forming mechanism of the competitive advantage of new energy automobile enterprises based on super competition theory is the logical starting point and hypothesis for the study of super competition theory. Four fields of competitive advantage of new energy automobile enterprises and five unique factors of competitive advantage are taken as the criteria and conditions for selection. First of all, four fields of cost and quality, opportunities and technological innovation, barriers and capital, are generated by the competitive advantages of new energy automobile enterprises. Then compared with the five influencing factors of the competitive advantage of the new energy automobile enterprises namely the national industrial planning and industrial support policy consumer subsidy policy scale economy industrial chain supporting facilities and professional technical personnel to see if the match. Through the identification of the competitive advantage of the enterprise, it is transformed into five factors that affect the competitive advantage of the enterprise, namely the innovation factor of product research and development, the brand factor, the asset factor, the marketing factor and the policy supporting factor. In this paper, a new energy automobile enterprise evaluation model based on super competition theory is designed. Four new energy automobile enterprises are selected to use fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, and the corresponding development strategies are given.
